I took my 2 year old baby girl and everyone treated her like a princess. They showed her so much attention and made sure they took her order first and brought it first, which means a lot to me. I am a regular at Waffle House and we will definitely be back to this location soon.

Came in today with my family of 4 and all the tables was used and 5 employees standing around talking. I ask if we could sit at the bar and they said they would clean the table. So we waited and they continued there conversation and ignored us and customers that was coming in or waiting for service. So I will not be back and I walked out with my family because of the staff.

They never cook fully. I ordered sausage and waffle and the sausage wasn’t cook fully and the waffle as well. Never going back here again Boaz Waffle House is so much better. Friendly staff just the cooking isn’t good.

The food is great! But it’s ruined when condiments like butter or jelly in plastic are put on top of the food. People drop stuff like that all the time and now it’s put on the food. I would give a 5 star if it wasn’t for that. They should stop doing that and just put it in the bag like everywhere else. And not taking to go orders over the phone are a huge inconvenience.
