Stopped by this Waffle House in Huntsville and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The scrambled eggs were cooked perfectly with just the right texture, paired with fresh sliced tomatoes on the side. I also had a grilled chicken breast that was juicy and flavorful — a really nice option you don’t always expect at Waffle House. The toast was crisp, and the coffee hit the spot with a strong, classic diner taste.
The service was quick and attentive, and everything came out fast without sacrificing quality. The restaurant was clean, and my whole meal felt like a solid, well-rounded breakfast. Between the food, the service, and the atmosphere, I’d definitely give this location 5 stars.
Highly recommend if you’re in Huntsville and want a reliable, satisfying meal!

If you love greasy spoon diners like I do and you don’t have anything that meets that criteria where you live then you have to go to Waffle House when you travel. Huntsville location was great, pretty clean (don’t expect anything more than that) and the food was spectacular! The nice guy working made the claim that he makes the best waffles anywhere. I can’t disagree, they were great!

I normally don’t like Waffle House but I cme here today for my husbands birthday and the food was very delicious and the service was wonderful. Kayla and Kennesa did an excellent job with providing service. I will definitely visit again in the future and would recommend others to visit as well.

This is for the Waffle House beside WalGreens on University Drive. I haven’t been in several years because it went downhill and I moved. My Mom and I were there on 12/13/2025 at about 11:40 a.m. The food was absolutely delicious and the store was clean. Wish it would be like that at all Waffle Houses! Only complaint is the coffee was not good at all.

I tried to call to place my order, but the voice mail said they were doing limited to orders in to serve customers inside the restaurant. We got there, there weren’t many customers and most of the workers were just standing around.
They were very polite and our food was prepared quickly.
Also, it was freezing in there. The employees were wearing hats, jackets, and gloves.

I get to the Waffle House, get my food from inside and go back to my car. I see there’s no syrup, I go back inside and they say they don’t have any syrup. Never looking up to acknowledge me. I’m thinking, well why didn’t they tell me ahead of time they didn’t have syrup. Anyway, they also forgot my drinks. You can tell they don’t care. I’m leaving a review but I don’t expect that this will make a difference judging from other reviews. At least the food was good.

Came two days in a row . They didn’t have any napkins or utensils. I was charged a different price for the same thing I got the day before . The omelet I got had very soft and chewy bacon I couldn’t eat . And the cheese was so thick .

Everytime I’ve had waffles at this place I always have terrible stomach problems and I’ve had friends say they have got food poisoning here keep in mind I also go to other nearby locations and I’ve never had problems , The Service was eh ok I get charged a different amount each time i go I’m sure they keep the extra charge for themselves and don’t get me started on the homeless people that hang around . Just overall the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to and they also like to say their system is down when they don’t want to take orders. Do not recommend this place at all you’d have a better experience going all the way to Madison . I just have so much to say I thought about contacting HR or even FDA cause this isn’t normal or acceptable at all..
