Waffle House is doing a good job during the reopening phase of the virus scare (masks, sanitation and respect for space). Fast service and good food remain their priority and they deliver on the promise! Had a waffle (cooked exactly as I asked) and sausage patties and they exemplified the consistency of Waffle House. We had an absolutely wonderful experience here today. Im horrible with names and forgot our waitress’s name, but she was excellent. With my order, I ordered a biscuit, but it came with toast. I didn’t complain, it wasn’t that big of a deal to me, but she sure noticed it when she looked over our entire order once it was placed on the table. She had it fixed within 3 minutes. She was delightful, the food was excellent. Our drinks never got close to running out. They were very busy this morning, but the manager had a booth cleaned up for us within minutes. We probably pass 3 or 4 Waffle Houses between our house and this one, but we will be back to this one. It was that good.

Normally I love Waffle House. Although on Sunday morning 02/19/23, my wife and I walked in seeing a my at the counter vomiting in a trash can. Only one table on each end of the restaurant was clean. (There where no other customers sitting at the time). We sat at the far end so not to have to see the man who was vomiting. Our hostess was good. The meal was sub-par (over cooked eggs, burnt hash browns) . The younger waitress was foul language with cigarette in her mouth. Just a poor experience overall. I will still go to Waffle House (just not that one).
