We ordered a waffle along with hash browns and bacon, and everything was prepared just right. The food tasted fresh and satisfying, and the place was neat and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. This is definitely a spot we would be happy to visit again.

The food was excellent; however, our experience was significantly impacted by the service. Unfortunately, our server, Candy, was extremely rude to my family as well as to other staff members. This was particularly disappointing given that it was Christmas Eve, when we expected a more welcoming atmosphere. Due to this experience, we do not plan to return.

I usually don’t leave these review but i just experienced the worst service of my life. My son picked up a to go order with a cousin and despite the 20% to go fee and additional $5 tip, the cook and staff was aggressively making comments prior to making food. My son then felt bad and went home to get more cash to bring back, $20 to be exact. The cook continues on making comments. I called the store over 10 times with an answer and the person who answered hung up on me. When we opened our food we found raw eggs, egg shell, non toasted toast, missing eggs, burnt ham. We paid full price, 20% automatic to go fee, $25 extra cash to get uncooked and burnt food.

We went to the waffle house in meridianville tonight and our server was named Ethan. Shortly after we were seated we placed our orders, Shortly afterwards another couple was seated after we were. We placed our orders and then he went to the other couple to get their order. 5 minutes later he comes out of the kitchen with the other couples food which let’s me know that he called their order first even though we ordered before they did. This led to a very frustrating dining experience and it will be a while before we come back

Your average Waffle House. I stopped in for some quick grits and bacon; it was good and came out fast. Ironically, it probably would have been cheaper if I ordered a meal but they didn’t say anything about it. Service was good. Staff was younger than what you usually see and a little on the shy side but warmed up pretty fast, no complaints.

Some of the times you can get lucky and go in these places and watch the people cook and see how good they are and some of the times you get. Luckily I only got the cheese eggs hash browns scattered smothered double covered and chunked a total of $9.50 I can’t begin to tell you how many times I have charged me more.

I spend a lot of money at the waffle house that I frequent on a daily basis, decided to stop at this Waffle house. Because it was closer to my home.
Food was okay. Staff was not friendly at all, except the one lady. That looks like she may be Hawaiian or puerto rican. She was awesome, but she was not our waitress. There’s a little Caucasian girl, young
She was the reason that I stopped going to this Waffle house. Her attitude is just horrible. She does not pay attention or be attentive to her customers. And I feel that if you are a Brown person, you really get bad service from het, I asked for a glass of ice water sucking on my straw, drinking my water looked down and there was something dark I could see a shadow in an ice cube. It was a fly called the manager, black man
He said, oh, it’s a dead fly pointed at my plate, and said, this is what you had to eat i I I’ll pay for it and didn’t say. I’m sorry I did not apply. Apologize, not one time and walked away.I understand that that could be a busy place.There was only one person two people in there.When we arrived, customer service has fallen off at these places.People don’t care.They don’t take pride in their jobs.I’m myself is in customer service and there is no way on this earth that I would treat people.The way you get treated at this waffle house. Never again will I eat here and will inform my family to stay away.
