Had a online order never really one to complain but cmon now this is less the serving than normal for their SEC hash brown bowl plate and it’s not even right the excuse was “depends on the cook who makes it” alright so it’s fine to have a layer the thickness of two hash browns and then it also being burnt. I my self prefer a good crunch to it but cmon guys we need more Damion’s if it’s up to the cooks he’s one of the best.

Stopped in for breakfast with my mother today. Two women immediately rushed to the register and started taking our orders. Yes 2. That 2 then proceeded to bounce between actually taking our order and playing some dumb song about zombies, and singing the lyrics, out loud and asking us to repeat ourselves multiple times. The food sucked, service was the worst, genius way to run a business really.

I have always went to Waffle House with my boyfriend but tonight was the worst experience ever! The food was great but the service was the worst ever! First off she took our order and never came to check on us once. Our coffee got cold and no refill. Second we were wanting a coke and she was too busy just standing there talking to others. Third I had to get up myself since she was too busy talking to some other customers to ask for a waffle to go and the order was HOT when she handed it to me. No bag? What are you even thinking at that point. This has never happened to me. If she can’t be a good waiter , why is she working? After that she was all mad maybe because we didn’t tip but someone like that does not deserve a dollar !

Food was ok, but the waitress was forgetful and lazy. There was a dirty booth and a dirty spot at the counter (both had dirty dishes on them) the entire time we were there. There was food and garbage all over on the floor. 4 people came in about 5 minutes after we were already here, and they got their order taken and had their food before the waitress bothered to come take our order. This was my first and last time eating at this Waffle House.

Went here after the rodeo. I have no problem waiting especially when busy. We sat when we walked in. 5 min later Joyce took our order. She went to call it but the cook/supervisor asked her why she took our order if it wasn’t her table. I get it. The one that was supposed to take our order was super busy and she wasn’t. Didn’t care. We waited an hour after our order was taken before it was done. Others who ordered after us got their food before us. I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl with gravy added to it. No gravy when I got it and food was cold when they finally brought it (on a biscuit ♀️). The gravy was a clumpy mess too. I am talking jiggly instead of a little loose. We will not be going back. The guy who was our waiter asked about the gravy more than once. The cook/supervisor was rude to his staff. I get it. It was busy and he could have been stressed but if he couldn’t handle it hand it to someone who could. They gave us 25% off our food because my mom was upset over it. I just wanted to go home. Once home I added milk to the gravy and sauteed the food to warm it back up. Home made would have been better and will opt for that next time.

Both workers were fast and courteous. The food was great! No problem with parking. If you go, don’t forget to tip your server and the cook. I always do and I get excellent service every time. Besides, not too many places are open at 4 in the morning!
