I had an amazing experience at Waffle House – 72! The team here is full of friendly professionals who truly know what they’re doing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and great attitudes. The service was fast, attentive, and welcoming.
Most importantly — the food was made to order and done correctly. Everything came out exactly how we asked, hot and fresh. You can tell this crew takes pride in what they do, and it shows.
Definitely a much better experience compared to the one on 31. We’ll absolutely be coming back to this location!

Cook more worried about any & every thing other than orders
As simple I physically pointed out the order on the menu, there were 3 items to the plate only 1 came out as ordered.
Cheesy grits, 2 eggs & raisin toast
I got plain grits, 2 eggs and plain toast
Server came to table refilled 2 tea glasses (both were empty) left my coffee empty & proceeded to whine when I dropped my cup trying to get his/her attention…need it say I never saw my cup again so I paid $10 for 2 eggs & 1 cup of coffee….

Restaurant was clean. SERVICE was amazing. Our waiter (Mike) was the best ever! Food arrived quickly and piping hot! We had our waffle early and shared. We Didn’t have to ask for an extra plate either! Our coffee was filled on time! The waiter deserves a raise for sure! Atmosphere was good too. Very cozy place! Temp was just right. It Wasn’t to hot or cold!

Thoughts
The server was very polite and the cook seemed friendly. Food was good. I would definitely say it was great customer service. Counters needed a bit cleaning but it was only one person working as a server/cashier. Would undoubtedly return.
