I’ve been coming to this establishment for the past 10 years. I have never been treated so rudely or been ignored. I came in, I sat. I waited for 20 minutes and no one addressed me. No one said nothing to me. I don’t know what kind of facility this is turning into, but I think it needs to be closed, permanently for the fact that no one cares to do their job at this facility Anymore. I don’t know who owns this place. But I can tell you this now they should be ashamed of themselves for running an establishment or hiring people that truly just do not care. I’ve been a paying customer and a very awesome tipper. In this establishment, I will be telling all my friends and family to start going to the one in Oneonta.

I was disappointed in the way the floor looked , wet , could be dangerous! Also, while we were eating we never was ask if we needed anything else! Our drinks were empty and never filled, nobody was in the area, they were both outside ! We got ready to leave , after around 15 mins. Standing at the register, my husband called out ! There was a man in the back that heard him, ask was there not anybody out there, we told him no sir! He went and got the cook . She took the payment ! We left !

I never expected the bacon cheeseburger at the Waffle House to be better than the big burger chain that specializes in just burgers! The bacon cheeseburger was hot fresh and tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend trying one at Waffle House. And it was a great price too!!

Was a total of 3 tables in the building including me Sat here for 30 min servers were either on there phone or looking at my table like we were stupid we finally got up and left. As a server myself this is embarrassing. Do better or find a new job

Came here to grab food and they forgot jalapenos on one order has to ask for a water refill and then when I wanted to pay same waitress was messing with her phone and distracted I tried to get her attention 4 times. Not a quality or valued employee with those lack of skills .she only got 3 dollar tip instead of 6. Maybe pay attention better.

My goodness gracious… The food was amazing, little to no wait, and the price was agreeable at worst. Absolutely brilliant place to eat. They even adjusted the heating/cooling in the building. (Because the had the air on while it was ~40 degrees outside lol)

They don’t even deserve one star. Horrible customer service. I don’t expect much out of the service industry anymore, but if you can’t talk to people, don’t want to wait on people, and don’t want to work, then don’t! Greet customers, ask how they are doing, explain there may be a wait time as the cook just started cleaning the grill, offer refills when your table has been waiting for 30+ minutes for food without them having to ask! These are just basics. Then there were two other workers just sitting around and pretending to be busy just trying not to make eye contact. Finally got 2 waffles and burnt bacon after 45 mins. Hubby still hadn’t gotten his omelet. Finally brought that 15 mins later, still no words. She never came back and checked on us or brought the check. Stood at the register for 5 mins while she bagged up a to go order and the other two continued to act like they didn’t see us. There was one other couple in there. We got there at 7:30 pm and left at 8:30 pm. Definitely don’t go for a late dinner!

Just go anywhere else. The pinson waffle house has been terrible for the last year. I’ve been waiting on my order for 40 minutes. There’s six people in here when I came in.

So I made an online order, I know waffle house already charges extra for to go orders. However I don’t understand the need to highlight I didn’t tip you to put my food in a bag and hand it to me. The service Industry especially restaurants have gone nuts with tipping. Had I sat down and required someone to serve and wait on me I’d have happily tipped. This will help me not to return to this location regardless of its convenience.
Amazing this has no response from any management and or owner. This is astonishing you allow people to make decisions based on the tip they received.
If I came in sat down they would possibly show great service with the expectation of a good tip and still receive nothing or $1.66.
Greed will get the person or persons who did this nothing. Understand your owed nothing but your pay you and the company agreed upon your being hired to do your job regardless of monetary benefits such as tips.
This establishment is a disgrace to the service industry and I find the management to be responsible.

Me and my bf ordered food here service here use to be so good but now they made him wait 40 minutes when the order was supposed to be ready then forgot food just overall bad experience didn’t use to be like this
