Had an unexpectedly great experience at Waffle House during the 9pm shift tonight (1/15/26). The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and worked so well together that it made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable!! A special shoutout to Tammie, our server, who was absolutely amazing & on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. The food came out quickly, was cooked perfectly, and the service was truly top-tier. Tammie and the night shift crew turned a simple stop into a really fun, entertaining & positive experience!

Let’s discuss the amazing staff at Waffle House.
Christmas Day 2025. We walk in there is only one other table sat. All the staff are just as friendly as can be. We take a seat at the chairs as booths are not for well fed people like myself. Then when a server comes up passing out paper hats and wants to take a Family photo. She has just an awesome presence. Then our actual server takes our order. Engages with my autistic son. We take the photos. Got them in on the picture and then we got our food. My cup never ran dry. I have never had so much fun. Wish I knew their names. As they deserve all the credit. Food was great as usual. This time is about the atmosphere.

Waffle House never disappoints! I had a great meal with excellent service—everything was clean, well-kept, and running smoothly. Until recently I’d never been to a Waffle House and had heard so much shlitz talked about the place that I had joined in calling it “Awful House” whenever we’d drive by one of those funny little buildings as I thought to myself “is that little box big enough for a restaurant?”
Then one night while traveling through some state that I do not recall, we came to the conclusion that Waffle House was our best option and I dunno, maybe curiosity got the best of us. Turns out it wasn’t as bad as we’d come to believe. The food is pretty good, the options are really flexible, and I’d say that its a pretty fun atmosphere with a great crew of people working really hard to bring it all together. We even got our teenage son to go wih us to the nearby Waffle House by convincing him that there would be no fights or shootings during our visit, and it was true. Silly kid! He enjoyed it and said that he wouldn’t mind going again. With all of that said, I feel like if I gave it a higher rating it would be like I was saying that there are no finer restaurants out there, and that would an un-credible statement, but definitely treat yourself to Waffle House sometimes. I don’t think that you’ll regret it.

Yoooooo! Avoid the bald waitresses. I went by a little after 6 am on a Tuesday. The first thing she did was bark at me what I wanted and acted like it was an inconvenience for a coffee. Then she stumbled over and mumbled something at me, when I said, “Im sorry?” She drunkenly barked, “Food, to eat, whu chu whannaet?” She couldn’t even focus her eyes on me. I decided then I wasn’t so hungry and since I still had not received my coffee I figured no harm in leaving now, so I did. Avoid at all cost, at least first thing in the morning.

Cheap eats. Great food. Fast service. Open 24/7 days a week. I got the all star special. The eggs and white was good. The bread was nicely toasted. I wasnt a big fan of the grits.

Didn’t get pictures of the food, it was patty melt and hashbrowns. Typical for a waffle house. Our server was friendly, they also do military.
