Very bad service. Very disappointed.
We were in the area and decided to go for breakfast here.
They brought us the breakfast, but we didn’t even have cutlery to start eating; we had to ask for it.
My husband received his starter, but he had to wait even longer for the ham and bacon, which was part of the meal. He had to ask someone else for it a second time because the person who served us knew we were waiting but didn’t bother to check on us.
This person, starting with her lack of charisma with the public, showed that the last thing she wanted was to be working, as her poor attitude and lack of desire to work were undeniable.
The workers were chatting amongst themselves as if they were in a park instead of a restaurant, where you have people sitting at the counter, and you’re shouting in front of their faces while they’re having breakfast.
Not to mention the cleaning of the tables, which are left sticky after using a damp cloth, which is used both to clean the tables and to wipe hands—hands that carry breakfast without being washed first.
Furthermore, none of the workers wore hairnets, and the women had long hair, which could fall into the food. I think this is also a fundamental point in the food service industry and these are hygiene rules that must be followed.
And the last thing, when I paid and didn’t leave a tip due to the terrible service, the man who took my money practically glared at me, as if leaving a tip were mandatory despite being completely dissatisfied.
I have been working with the public for over 15 years, and I believe that providing good service is crucial.
If you’re having a bad day or you don’t like your job, then consider changing it because people who decide to go out for breakfast on a Sunday and spend their money, what they’re looking for besides good food, is good customer service.

Worst waffle House experience ever. I walked in dirty plates and dishes at many of the tables. Actually all the tables that were not occupied had dirty dishes on it. Employees which were all very young playing on their phones. Not really doing much of anything. Will never go back to the waffle House in Lehi ever again.

This was an amazing experience! We were not greeted at McDonald’s which is right across the way so we walked over to Waffle House. Many of our student had never eaten here before so it was a new experience. The cooks and wait staff worked quickly and efficiently to get us in and out, which is what we needed. The service was great, the food was well prepared and the restaurant was clean.

During our recent visit to the Waffle House in Punta Gorda, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, while my fiancé opted for two eggs, grits, and toast. Both dishes were served promptly and prepared to perfection, resulting in a very satisfying meal. The only suggestion is to put a little less butter on the grits.
The cleanliness of the restaurant was very good, however the bathrooms, while generally clean, could benefit from a more thorough cleaning in the future (floor tiles and tops of tiles on wall). Nonetheless, I felt comfortable using the facilities.

We hit the place 2 times, and the 2 times the food was We love Wafle House, however this place is full of nice people but bad food. The waffles aguado, the bacon overrrrr coked, and I think the grill was dirty because everything came with black little flakesjjjjjj
