We love Waffle Houses! We are always looking for the yellow roof! Their breakfasts are always filling. Bossman orders his hashbrowns scattered, smothered, chunked, and peppered. This time the serve recommended adding topped and country and the Bossman will never be the same! Try the peanut butter waffle too!

Stopped in 1-16-25 at 1130 PM, only thing open and serving food. Came solo on “off season”. Not from this area. Was hungry after couple drinks during vacation. Stopped in- haven’t been to waffle hut in 15 PLUS YEARS- the customer service was OUTSTANDING. I have to mention Tommy, Tau, Kurtis – the food brought memories of my younger years, the service and fun conversations helped me in my very last night here in Treasure Island area. Corporate Waffle hut – Please recognize the staff- for a single lady to have such a blast in such a diverse type restaurant in the middle of the night with lower pay scale staff but with an outstanding personality- this was a highlight of my trip on vacation

As always, everything from the food to the service was outstanding. Breakfast can be a little busy, but go early evening & there is never a wait. Wide menu selection (including breakfast all day & senior specials) with generous portions which Earl prepares to perfection. Favorites include their exceptional hash browns with breakfast, pancake that is light & fluffy & superb pork chops. Christy, our server, was experienced, pleasant & friendly. Staff seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs & it show in the quality of both food & service. Great value & highly recommend!

My first visit to a Waffle House. Great food, friendly staff…..I was visiting Treasure Island for the Sand Sculptures. The staff informed me about the area, good parking lots to access the beach/sculptures plus reasonably priced hotels. Tip for the bench: no dogs or e-bikes allowed on beach.

Honestly… no other Waffle House could compare. Not even a Waffle House on the top of a mountain made of gold. This place feels like the equivalent of going to a Michelin star restaurant but the emphasis is on location, atmosphere and service. So happy this place lives strong after back to back hurricanes.

Tammi was our server and she was so friendly and spot on with our orders and needs. The facility was clean. The staff/cooks/servers were all working hard but very friendly and looked to be a perfect team. The atmosphere was comfortable and laid back and felt welcomed. The food was fresh and hot and delicious. Hubby had breakfast and I had patty-melted and had a soda and coffees, all yummy. It was served quickly without a wait. Definitely recommend and would return again. Just a short walk from our beach accommodations. The food very affordable and definitely delicious.

Hands down the BEST experience at a Waffle House I’ve ever had. From being greeted by the warm and very sweet hostess Ms.Kim to our server Ms.Paula it was a 100 out of 10 experience. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure my partners first experience at a Waffle House was memorable, and it was! Living in Nashville we eat at a lot of 4/5 Star restaurants and the service we experienced today, blew other customer service we have received out of the water! Thank you sincerely to the ENTIRE staff from grill cook, dishwasher, host, server and management for doing such an amazing job.
