I recently moved to Tampa, Florida, and this Waffle House at 6502 US 301 is the closest to my place. Today, I ordered their All-Star Special with a well-done waffle, 2 eggs over easy, bacon, white toast with strawberry jelly, and hash browns in the ring. The coffee was very good here – sometimes coffee can be hit or miss at Waffle House. The food was delicious and made exactly as I asked for. My waitress, Faith was very nice and didn’t rush me. She made sure my coffee was topped off. Thank you, Faith– she deserves a shoutout! I highly recommend this Waffle House location.”

Not only was the food delicious, our large family had such a fun time with the staff at Waffle House!! We started our morning with Sha’ni’s beautiful smile, bringing us coffee! Faith took care of us and we got to know really neat facts about her, keep going girl, you’ve got this!! Angie was a gem as well and of course Donnell was incredibly sweet with all of our kiddos.. wow this staff!! They are keepers! Thank you all for bringing us joy.

Just moved to Tampa, luckily for us our 1st cheap motel is next door to here .. starving that night after 14 hour trip via bus the 2 of us ordered 30ish bucks of food which we ate a few meals from overnight into early morning… Been there twice since, the perfect WH!!! Except dude left off my chili from hash browns we had ordered and paid for on app from room… Told them next visit but no one seemed to care…

Not sure why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. I’ve been to plenty of Waffle Houses, and this one truly stood out. It was very clean, including the food prep areas and bathrooms. The food was great, the music was enjoyable, and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Niya, was very pleasant and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
