After going to several other restaurants during our short stay before and after our cruise, this place turned our trip around. Some of the other places left little to be desired in service. The service was awesome! Our server was great. Especially, for being the only server. We loved him. He took care of us. Made sure that we had what we needed. The food was really good and a lot. This was our first time at a Waffle House restaurant. We’d definitely go back.

Stopped into Waffle House for breakfast and it hit the spot. The food came out fast, hot, and exactly what I was craving—crispy hash browns, fluffy waffles, and good coffee. The staff was friendly and kept things moving even when it was busy. Simple, classic diner breakfast done right.

Always love Waffle House! It’s great for a super quick breakfast. If you’re expecting anything fancy this isn’t the place to go. It’s a greasy spoon that’s classic American roadside dishes.
This location has really improved! Pretty clean and the service was really friendly. The parking can be really tough during crowded times but seems like there’s overflow by the hotel next door.

Staff is very friendly and respectful. People are very traditional and just awesome over all. Manager is amazing. Friendly and out going. Camaraderie is amazing and this location between the employees. They treat each other with respect by calling ma’am or sir. This is awesome. Thank you guys.

Order coffee. Then had to ask for it once the breakfast. Order bacon never came when the waffles were delivered! Had to ask for it. Never brought creamer for the coffee! Never came back to ask if ever thing was Ok. The bacon was strips of fat! Also if the waitress move any slower she be going backwards. Plus $77 for breakfast for 5 people!!! Terrible Service all around!!!

It is what it is. I had a good breakfast and coffee here. The closest one to my house is still 45 minutes away. The parking lot is a little crazy. I enjoyed my breakfast. It was fairly priced, and the service was good. It was pretty crowded on a weekday morning too. I’d return for sure.

As a Chicagoan, I was excited to finally visit Waffle House on Powerline Rd. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. My family and I sat at our table for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. Servers walked past us repeatedly, completely ignoring our presence. It was disheartening to see such poor customer service at a place I had looked forward to visiting. Avoid this location!
