Excellent experience at Waffle House. The service was very fast and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, fresh, and well prepared. The location is great and there is plenty of parking, which makes the visit even more convenient. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal.

So, out the gate – Angela(my waitress) was an absolute sweetheart, she was on top of everything, and she had vibrant energy. My meal was twice as delicious as it was beautiful, with the eggs being the best part. I made sure to tell Alex that from now on I only want HER to make my eggs, they were EXACTLY how I like them.
The final thing I’d like to point out was just the general environment. Sunday is my favorite day of the week, I try to find the best spaces to hang at or eat at. This had to have been the MOST “Easy like Sunday Morning” feeling I’ve had in a long time. There was Luther Vandross and Earth Wind and Fire. Alex was dancing, the other grill masters were singing. THIS is the environment I hunt for on my Sundays. Ashame I dont live in FL anymore, or I’d come here EVERY Sunday!

The traditional American breakfast experience. The food is always made to order right in front of you. Staff is always efficient straight to the point and leave you to enjoy your conversation. If you know what Waffle House is you understand this location is serving up a 5 star version of the Waffle House vision. I recommend the grand slam with scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, wheat toast and a waffle. If you and your partner are light eaters you could easily split this meal. If you are hungry and can handle a large meal this will hit the spot. I recommend heading in here around 10am to beat the main morning rush and the later lunch crowd. This location cooked the bacon a little less than I prefer but you can request any style or level of crispy that you prefer. I recommend if the free breakfast at your hotel is a let down you skip the freebies and hit up this American treasure.

I really love this restaurant, but this time the service was very disappointing. One waitress didn’t seat us and later refused to take care of us. Another waitress, Beth, was very kind and tried to help us twice, but she wasn’t allowed to. The tables were also very dirty. Overall, the customer service was very poor, which was surprising because I usually enjoy coming here.

If you know nothing about waffle houses, know that theyre the ones that will take care of you. Whether youre a good customer or a bad customer, you’ll get “taken care of”. Last group of people id want to fight, first group id want to have my back.
Orlando around Universal has an issue caused by bad customers. Customer service generally sucks. Not here.
Between sitting down, ordering my food, and getting my food took less than 20 minutes. Helps when your table is within an arms reach of the skillet.
Food wise we are talking American staples. Soft and fluffy waffles that if you closed your eyes youd mistake them for pancakes, eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast. Meat patties aren’t good, id skip that.
Atmosphere is brash, its hectic, its casual. Its southern. You get the love, the cussing, the flair. If youre not used to it, it will be off putting. Otherwise its genuine.

We go to Waffle houses frequently. This time it was extremely noisy. The service was slow. Also, we felt like our waitress was maybe having a bad day or something because she didn’t check on us and kind of just threw the stuff on the table. Was not friendly acting at all. However,, there was an older African American waitress there that was the opposite, she smiled checked on her diners and was overall wonderful. I wish I had her name as she was great. The young lady who seated us was also great .

Shelly had the whole place smiling — she sang “We Are Family,” which honestly set the tone for the entire visit.
Latoya was the main organizer and caller of orders, and she was absolutely amazing. She kept everything running smoothly in the middle of a super busy rush, stayed calm, down-to-earth, and helped keep such a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
Our waitress, Melinda❤️, was so sweet and genuine — truly one of those people who makes you feel taken care of from the moment you sit down. She was a real one and made the experience even better.
Even though the place was slammed, the whole team worked together seamlessly and made me smile the entire time we were there.
And a big shout-out to the cooks whose names I didn’t get — I see you and appreciate you all too!

It’s a Waffle House, food is what you would expect from a Waffle House. This one is a bit nicer than some of the others. Although they close at 11 pm now for inside seating but they remain 24 hours for take out. They said this was going to be happening at the other locations as well

Wonderful staff, great classic waffles and food. I like they that offer more than just plain and Chocolate Chip waffles. I had a tasty birthday cake waffle that was amazing! Great place to stop in the area for a quick breakfast meal anytime of the day!

I was refused service because I was disabled. I went in at 11.10pm on 3 February and the restuarant was empty I went to sit on the stools and was told they were not avaulable and to sit at the table when I said if I sit on the low seats I would not be able to get back up. I was told have a good night. A great way to treat a disabled veteran.
