I came in here for breakfast and I had ordered The smothered and covered hash brown breakfast with the toast, sausage patties, and eggs evidently the waitress did not convey the proper order to the cook. So the onions did not come in the hash browns. The waitress definitely was untrained and too busy on her phone to worry about much of anything, there was a gentleman that was working there that ended up having to get my coffee, give me utensils to eat with, and let the cook know that he never gave me the onions in the hash browns. So what did he do? Well my hash browns and breakfast were getting cold, if you fried up some onions and they brought me nothing but the onions instead of the onions correctly in the hash browns. So I got to sprinkle some onions on top of my hash browns instead of having them recooked like they should have been. There was no pre-busing by the lady that was supposed to be my waitress, but when she left, the waitress that took over is the one that actually took care of me properly. And I want to thank the gentleman that had to get my coffee for me because not once until it was time for my waitress to leave, did she even come over to check on me. He had to do her job and get me silverware and refill my coffee and ask if there was anything else that I needed. I wish these restaurants would train their waitresses properly. It would make our experience, as customers a lot better. Plus this is the first restaurant I have ever walked in where the waitress is too busy sitting on her phone out in the front to do her job. It was actually pitiful. I’ve been in the restaurant business and I was a customer service trainer for many years and never have I known any restaurant that allowed the employees to be up front with the customers and have their back turned while they’re scrolling or talking on their phone. And yes I had a double order of hash browns that it’s not just one order of hash browns And that was another thing. Some restaurants cook the hash browns so much. They are kind of burnt unlike this restaurant that didn’t cook the hash browns enough, but they were still edible and I just appreciate the fact that the gentleman that was out front filling up things and taking care of things noticed that I needed help and actually stepped in to do the job that the waitress did not. I also want to thank the waitress that was taking over because she was an excellent waitress

I love waffle House and this location is another good one. Was served by Amanda and Amber who were very attentive and took my order carefully which is a bit unusual. I order Freddy’s Famous Chicken Sandwich at Waffle House…the Texas Bacon Chicken Melt with added sauteed onions and mushrooms, fried egg, lettuce, and tomato… mayonnaise is self applied. Tara the cook this morning did my sandwich and it did not disappoint. Great way to start my Friday!!

I have to say I came in for dinner and got my friend something to go and the food was pretty okay. When I’ve come here with my family in the mornings its been a whole different atmosphere but this evening was a nightmare. From the cook throwing a hissy fit about what seemed like togo orders coming in. To even slamming her grill utensils down. We all have stuff going on in our life’s but saying “they can kiss my butt” when your cleaning is unfair. I have never been more uneasy and mortified to be at a restaurant as the saying goes, im a customer. Please do better at hiring these staff members!

Stopped in late and I’m sure glad we did! Terra the cook was absolutely amazing!! By far the best double cheeseburger I’ve ever had at a Waffle House! Service was on point, just a great crew!

The staff here is very nice. I love Waffle House food so I judge waffle houses on the staff. This staff is very nice. Every time I eat here they make me and the people around me feel welcome. Other than the food to me a restaurant truly succeeds based on the staff making patrons feel like home while they eat.

This Waffle House was clean and service was great. Food was hot and was delicious. Jerry our server offered more coffee and asked several times if we needed anything. His service was 5 stars and made our breakfast even better. Recommend this Waffle House!!

Waffle House is always a go-to when the family is hungry because you know the food will be fresh, hot, tasty and there’s endless coffee! This location was quiet, which was great, because the server gave us plenty of attention (with a smile), always refilled our beverages and everything was prepared as we asked! Crispy bacon, yummy waffles, eggs, home fries – you know the deal! Good place to eat!

This is the worst food I have ever tasted. The cooks talk so much burn the food talk on their cell phones why have on gloves and go into your pocket with the gloves on and cook. That is unsanitary. I could not finish my food, it was cold and I will throw it away. I want a refund for the unsanitary cooks, server very nice. Cooks horrible, food not representative of the Waffle House name. I don’t suggest this place in the morning. I’m gonna email corp. Oh coffee water for 3.99 really. No more for me. This was an awful experience.

First,Is this supposed to be a LOT smaller? IDK(I don’t know) But,this was good! It had Soft and I mean soft waffles! Syrup was great! And I mean,There is ham,Ham,HAM!!!!
