every waffle house i’ve been to has been consistent in their cooking and this location kept up to standard! i ordered four scrambled eggs and a chicken breast which were cooked perfectly. unfortunately didnt take a picture but i also got black coffee and a blueberry waffle.

I have been in the US for more than 15 years, and this is the first time we have eaten in a waffle house. My family and I were surprised at how clean and organized this particular location was. We were greeted as soon as we entered the door. The server was attentive. The relayed of communication between the cook, manager, and servers were very organized and well-communicated. We will definitely come back to this waffle house.

The waitress though when i csme in made a remark to the other that hopefully its ok with her dealing with me &,2 kids (like it was unfriendly). they both walked past us, and finally a waitress came out, asked if we were helped (no you legit saw us sit down & choose to walk past us to go in back). She then wasnt friendly at all just sounded like she rather be doin anything else. Once we got our food she just vanished in back. didnt check on us except ro givr me my bill and ask if everything was alright and felt rushed…

I been going to waffle House location for over the year an the other servers always greeted me an had prompt service I set at high bar for a good 5 minutes an no one ever setup my silverware or ask me what I wanted to drink so I got tired of waiting so I left kayla the server was struggling obviously to get everyone took care of the wasn’t really that busy but there was a few customers in there I probably won’t be back to that location for a bit

We normally go to other Waffle House near the Taco Bell , but we stop in the Niceville area to eat and the staff was somewhat bothered with us being there as a server myself, I love whenever I get customers because that’s how I make a living. If you don’t like your job quit! Will not be going back to this Waffle House, miramar and Bluewater are better.

My pregnant wife went in there to make a to go order and was greeted with poor attitude and service. When she got to the car I noticed the the hash browns and bacon was burnt, grits had hard clumps of old grits from the old recent grits batched, charged for cheese but no cheese, thank God the waffles wasn’t burnt. We paid 27.89 for half of it to cook in rush as if they wanted us out of the restaurant and clearly seen it was burnt but still packed up for our consumption

No gravy 🙁 Jennifer was our server, she was disinterested and annoyed and told me to not use my credits when i went to play a song on the machine. we didn’t get butter, knives,spoons, or syrup with my waffle (I received it after I asked, to which i received no response). I also received only one straw with a 2-person party. which was dipped in my drink. The bacon was burned and the hashbrowns uncooked. In total this has been the weakest experience I’ve had at this establishment.

Waitress was slow to fill coffee (had to ask for more). didn’t provide spoons for coffee, after serving our food didn’t ask if we required anything else then returned to ask 1/2 way through the meal. She definitely didn’t want to be there today (Sunday) and the customers bore the brunt. Not the friendly, efficient service you expect, and nearly always get, at WH. Our food was 100% prepared as ordered, hot and tasty, as always.
