Tom at Waffle House gave truly exceptional customer service! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. His energy was welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the experience he provides.
It’s not every day you receive service that stands out like that. Tom definitely deserves recognition Waffle House is lucky to have him!

Went in store and made a to go order. They handed me the bag to go. Made it all the way home and they forgot to give the waffles to every single order. Not a single person will answer the phone so there’s no way for me to get a refund or ask them to make them and return. The lady didn’t give me any form of receipt since I paid cash so I have no way of going up there the next time I’m in town to get a refund and I doubt anyone on staff will be the same and remember me enough to fix it either.

He is hands down one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant. From the moment you walk through the door, he greets you with a big smile, genuine kindness, and a positive attitude that sets the tone for the entire visit.
It’s not just the service—it’s the way he makes you feel welcome, almost like you’re a guest in his own home. My family and I always look forward to seeing him because he brings an energy that’s rare to find these days in customer service. This WH was very accommodating to my family of 9 that showed up. We were able to sit in two booths plus a chair. We were served in a timely manner and all received our food very quickly. We always have a great time at Waffle House.

Tom is an excellent server and person! I am so thankful I had the opportunity to meet him and have him serve me. He took very good care of me and he is definitely one of my favorite servers that I have ever had before. No issues or concerns just complete satisfaction all the way around! This was my first time visiting this Waffle House location but it won’t be my last! I was on a road trip from out of town and I stopped here for dinner on Friday night around 10 PM. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with everything. The experience here was my most favorite part of my trip. My order tasted great as well as my coffee. In addition to Tom’s expertise, the other team members were welcoming and made the atmosphere pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant appeared to be very clean and well organized, including the parking lot, entrance/exit and bathrooms. Thanks everyone! I cannot wait to return! Hopefully it will be really soon. 🙂 I wish y’all continued success in all that y’all do.

Been coming to this Waffle House since 2022 and it is the most consistent and delicious every time. The staff is great, I’ll try and name everyone I can think of and how amazing they’ve been all these years: Robin, Robert, Randi, Dawn, Devon, Dalton and anyone else working morning/midday shifts. Since we’ve become regulars most of them remember our order and will even start it as soon as we walk in. It is the best Waffle House in the area and I am so glad to live so close to it. Y’all are the best!

Tom was my host and he went out of his way to offer exceptional customer service beyond what’s expected. He was very courteous to me and every other patron this morning (just past midnight). I saw multiple locals come in and he knew their every order and ensured good quality control to make sure they received what they wanted. He also went out of his way to walk out an elderly lady to her car.. give this man a raise!
The food was also great and restaurant was clean. I highly recommend this location!

Our son loves the chocolate pie. I used to just drop in and buy a whole pie. Unfortunately the manager has to be present to unlock the door to the pies, if they have them. The manager doesn’t work 24/7. I tried two locations. The second location at least sold me the slices they had up front. The quality just wasn’t the same. I hear Village Inn has pies.
