This was my very first time at a Waffle House, and they made it an incredible experience. The staff was absolutely incredible. Jennifer was training a new team member, and the way they worked together was so kind, patient, and genuinely uplifting. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at home. The food came out delicious, hot, and surprisingly affordable. This location runs a tight, clean, well organized ship, and it shows in every detail. I 100% recommend this spot whenever you’re craving Waffle House, they deliver an amazing experience every single time!

We asked for a well-done bacon and hash browns, not burnt. We are from Eastern Illinois and only have Waffle House when we come to Florida, and it was terrible. Our waitress was sweet and gave us what discount she could but couldn’t even finish it. We will have to stop somewhere else. The store could be slightly cleaner.

Great food, the workers were really nice, really awesome atmosphere. WH has never let me down before and it continues not to let me down. This is my favorite place to go and I consider it as the last Neon Moon of America, especially since me and my friends went there at 1130 pm, ate great food, and took these really hard photos (all weapons are airsoft)

We came into eat around 2:00am grabbed one of the last clean booths and almost as I sat down I could hear the cook start to mutter under his breath I didn’t think it was about us at first I till the server took our order the cook became obviously upset and began to complain under his voice about our order
Then forgot the mushrooms on my hashbrowns and as more people walked in he looks up and says NO!! NO!! NO!!
And storms off I believe our server was jason and I feel really sorry for that guy he was really trying to ignore him and greet everyone at one point the cook began to sob while making the food

Cook said “let me go to the back so I don’t cough on your food” comes back and keeps coughing on the food while preparing it then keeps staring our group. Very creepy and gives off Jeffrey Dahmer vibes.

We just tried to eat there. But the cook was slamming the cooler and slamming the grill presses and being so aggressive we had to get up and leave. If you hate your job dude find another. Because being a jerk to that young server and clearly pissed off at the world is not a good environment for people come there to eat.

Our waffle House around 98 is a very, very clean and well kept. All the staff is friendly and helpful and your food comes out fast and hot! There’s handicap parking out front and handicapped entrance and bathroom as well.

Togo order was fast, everything was correct bagged with ticket ready. Haven’t yet ate it however im sure everything is going to good. This trip was pleasant, cook went over his expectations by not only answering the phone as his co worker was outside at the moment he also with out a problem took my order over the phone, and was going to proceed with stopping what he was doing whenever I walked into the restaurant after learning that I was there to pick up a togo order, he was going to hand the bag to me. No all cooks are willing to do the extra work to help others especially on real slow shifts. He was a nice,&respectful individual. Happy with customer service provided he provided. As to the other one on shift, she wasn’t rude or a bad server im sure, she must have been on break and just getting back in maybe when i arrived, she just didn’t seem to try an put an effort into making sure I was satisfied or if I needed/or wanted anything els. She did have my ticket ready for my arrival and was polite, just said very few words checked me out and then continued with sitting at her table doing what it was before i got there. Overall it was a good stop with no regrets this time.
