This particular Waffle House location has become my absolute go-to spot, and the primary reason for that is the outstanding service provided by Hannah.
Every single time I visit, Heather is consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to every request. She genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer.
What is truly impressive is that her demeanor never changes, even when the restaurant is “slam packed.” During the busiest rushes, where other staff might become stressed or hurried, Heather remains friendly and is always seen with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude is infectious and contributes greatly to a pleasant dining experience, no matter how busy the kitchen is.
The combination of great food and Heather’s exceptional customer service ensures that I will always choose to come back to this location. She sets a high standard for hospitality.

I’ve never been so disappointed in a Waffle House experience. My husband and I stopped in after church for breakfast. Placed our order and waited. And waited. And waited. After 30+ minutes of literally ONLY to-go orders being prepared and sent out, we finally asked to cancel our order (I’m pregnant and needed to eat). They then proceeded to still expect my husband to pay for his soda, despite a clear and obvious systemic breakdown. Our poor server kept saying they shouldn’t be prioritizing the online orders, people are sitting here ready to eat, but it didn’t matter. In the 30+ minutes we were there, only 1 table had food go out, and it was only the kids’ food about 3 minutes after we sat down.

A little dirty than our usual Waffle House. But we were wanting breakfast and it’s late in the day Not that busy to be so much going on like it is busy. I noticed the waitress got my hash browns wrong. I only get them one way scattered, smothered, covered, topped, chunked and diced. The dirty floor kinda made my appetite go away some.
