Needs to fix online order portion to their website. The website doesn’t have options to add extra cheese, extra eggs, or any of the customization options that you have in store. For a business that has had an operational order section on their website for years, it’s sad and disappointing to see that you aren’t willing to make a simple change to your website to satisfy customers. Waffle House used to be my favorite breakfast restaurant but then they stopped caring about customer satisfaction. I’m really disappointed with the last 2 years I’ve eaten Waffle House and I hope yall will fix these issues because I know I’m not the only person disappointed with Waffle House. This review isn’t just for this Waffle House but all waffle houses.

You guys! The staff was amazing! I was the only one coming in to the place at 12:40 am 04/12/24. This waitress was pleasant. Very nice! And the cook! He made me feel like I was eating at his home. The staff was engaged and professional I sat at the counter. I loved my experience! And to the gentleman who had to repark his mini van 5 times before he came in you all right too!

The food was perfect made exactly how we asked !! Haley was amazing and super sweet 🙂 I mentioned it was my birthday and she brought my waffle with a candle. I really appreciated how kind she was to my family especially since they were visiting me for the first time.

Destiny was our waitress and made the experience perfect. She got us hot coffee and took our order immediately very fast to deliver the food at a generally fast location. Tasty as usual and very clean. This is one of the best Waffle House experiences I’ve ever had

But on a recent visit to a Florida, we stopped here one morning, and had a terrific breakfast.
Clean place, fabulous service, fresh and very tasty food.
I guess I need to put WH on my radar.

Came in mid morning on a Saturday, staff immediately served us, table was clean before we sat down. Order was prompt, hot, and accurate and server took care of us the whole time! Exactly the experience you want in a Waffle House.

We go to this location frequently and never had any issues aside from the cleanliness of the floors. Today after our food was served the manager came out and spread scorpion spray and killed a spider in the dining area. The smell was awful. No one wants to smell bug spray while sitting down to eat. Especially with young children, they do not need to be around those chemicals. Please do your best control not during rush hours.
