As an avid Waffle House diner, this was by far one of the best teams I’ve seen. Everyone was extremely friendly, and even though it was packed, we received our food and drinks quickly.
Katheryn was so welcoming and kind, and she was doing a great job training Sadie. She’s clearly a great asset to the team. The cherry on top was Mama Liz. She put the biggest smile on my face when she brought out a smiley-face waffle! It genuinely made my day. Small gestures like that truly create the best guest experiences.
Just a bit of feedback for Bo: You were very friendly and engaged in the operation. You seem to be doing an amazing job overall, but I’d recommend avoiding correcting team members on the floor. It can make guests feel a bit uncomfortable, especially when it involves something that enhances the experience (like the smiley-face waffle). Overall, you’re doing a great job, just somethingto keep in mind!

Probably the best Waffle House experience I’ve ever had. Not sure if they are always fully staffed but there was like 8 workers. Toast was a little burnt. Hash browns were perfect. Cheesesteak melt was great. Will def come back to this one if I’m in the area

Walked in a was immediately greeted by Mr. G! He was awesome! He talked to our toddler and played frozen songs for her. Then gave her a hat and took a family photo for us. The food was fantastic and was placed in front of us within 5-6 minutes. He was so incredibly kind. Will try and come back on our next trip here.

We stopped by for a little bite around lunchtime. It was busy but we seated pretty quickly. Our server was struggling a little but very friendly. Our order came out in a strange order but eventually we got the few items the two of us ordered. Food was good and as expected. She gave us 10 % off for our wait.

Meals were pricier than I remember for the Waffle House, may be due to being in PCB, but the worst was that we ordered our meal to go and 2 sandwiches ($18 dollars worth of food) were left out. We had a busy weekend and couldn’t go back and get our money back. The food was okay, I scored low on food becasue I didn’t get everything I ordered. The woman taking our order was sweet. There were not many people there and they were only working on our order and one other at the time with a lot of workers available to help.

4-I believe in table touching. When the manager actually comes out and checks on his guest. This guy did, and they all seemed like they enjoyed what they do.
