I tried the new Fiesta Chicken Protein Bowl. It was amazing! I don’t usually go to Eaffle House because it’s hard to find flavorful, low carb options. This bowl nailed it! I would have preferred cheddar cheese over American, but – wow! Our server was so attentive and friendly. What a positive experience!

I am a WH finatic! Why? Because I can be guaranteed great food, (prepared just right) and wonderful, friendly service! This Waffle House did not disappoint! I would post a picture of my eggs n cheese plate but there’s nothing left – only an empty plate! Thank you to the cook for a tasty perfect breakfast. And a big thank you to Charlie who presented us with our food, kept our coffee cups full and engaged is in a great conversation!! Can’t wait to return!

I’ve ate at Waffle houses all over most of my life however today I wanted to take the time to leave a review. As I was passing through my daughter and I stopped at the i10 and exit 196 location. Our server was Hannah. Hannah was nice and busy serving her entire section and taking togo orders/checking people out. She smiled through it all although our drink did get a little close to empty she kept a positive attitude and let us know she would be right over. While all this is happening a lady name Tresia I think I spelled that right as I asked for her name as I was leaving was helping each one of the servers and the cook. I’m not sure if she is the manager or what but she should be. I watched her call back tickets to the servers In such a friendly positive way. I heard correct a new server in such a precious way instead of condescending. From someone who has been in this type industry a long time, I wanted to take the time to leave this review. Yall better keep Tresia happy! She seems like such a valuable asset. We will be returning back to this location when able because of this experience!

Walked in and was greeted with a big Good Morning, staff was super polite! We enjoyed the quick service and hot delicious food!! We put some dollars in the jukebox and had just about everyone singing and enjoying the time.

Ordered online today and couldn’t modify my meal so I tried calling and there is no option to speak with someone. So when I got inside I explained it to the Manager who had no problem fixing my order. Her and her staff were very nice and understanding. I was amazed to see all women getting along and having a great shift. I appreciate you all.

The waitress I had today was horrible, her name was Charlie she was rude the second we walked in before we even sat at the table, every exchange with her made me want to hurry up and leave. Talking over us when we made our order, asked her when would we get our ticket to pay and leave and she ignored us. Went up to pay for our order with 2 stapled tickets, handed them to the female checking us out, and gave us our grand total, paid and left. Other people we were with tried to check out after us and she told them we did not pay for our meal and going as low as to insinuate that it’s typical for us to leave out on a bill because of the color of our skin..we went back inside trying to understand what went wrong and the manager told us we were all good, and went on ahead and left. All in all the worst attitude I’ve ever seen at a Waffle House. Food and Manager Christina were amazing!! Will not be returning to this location again unfortunately.

I ordered the new steak from Waffle House and asked for it medium rare. What I got was full-on rare—cold in the middle and tough to cut. I politely asked for a correction, and not only did I overhear the chef speaking rudely about my request, but the replacement steak came back extremely well-done, nearly burnt, and tasted awful. The staff was dismissive and rude, and the whole experience completely ruined my dinner appetite. I paid $16–17 for something I couldn’t even enjoy. Definitely not coming back for steak again.
