Worst service I have ever experienced at this location. We were seated at a table and not waited on for over 25 minutes, which ultimately made us decide to leave. During that time, multiple parties who arrived after us had their orders taken and were served, while we were completely ignored.
It felt discriminatory, as no one seemed willing to be our server. We repeatedly asked passing staff if our order would be taken, and each time they pointed to the waitress assigned to us and said she would be with us. Despite saying she was on her way, she continued taking other tables’ orders that arrived after us. At one point, another server told her directly that we had been waiting. She walked toward us, then turned around and started talking to the cook instead.
I am extremely upset by this experience. I have been coming to this Waffle House since childhood because I live nearby, and this is the first time I have ever been treated this poorly. This was very disappointing, and I would not recommend coming here.

There is people who go to work that don’t take pride in what they are doing and there is people like Star & Casey that pride just comes naturally in every aspect of everything they touch .i just experienced a warm and genuine atmosphere this morning which was done effortlessly by Casey and Star . I am sure that most people dread Monday mornings like myself . But not today. I can’t wipe the smile off my face after the breakfast treatment I just had. I suggest to anyone that wants to make morning truly a good morning to stop in at the this Waffle House and see Casey and Star where when you leave you will be smiling as I am rite now.

I stop in at Waffle House from time to time, and it’s always a solid choice. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference.
The bacon here is excellent — cooked just the way I like it — and the waffles and coffee are always good. It’s simple, classic comfort food done right, and you know what to expect every time you walk in the door.
Waffle House is definitely one of those places where you can count on good food, good service, and good value.

This one is a better one. The ladies were very nice. The cook was alright. Just needs better supervision and management. The facility was not that clean on the outside and inside. T
hey stopped taking orders at 230am for some reason but thought it was 24 hours. Two guys came in and placed an order and Walked through the cooking area to the backdoor. Very odd and scary. I will go again, but they need to improve. Very cool waffle with name on it.

I love this location bc the cook always gets my order perfect. I am not picky but textures sometimes bother me even if I’ve had the food before. The cook there with the bluish hair always makes my eggs and bacon perfect so I am comfortable mixing them in my grits. My son is also affected by this texture issue and he loves Waffle House bc they don’t go over board with the chocolate chips in the waffles which taste great but we hate to see them. I used to frequent a different location off beach but adopted this one a month ago which is even better bc it’s closer to my house and less ppl loitering around.

Okay so they soak your food in butter to were it’s not even good it’s so oily and then on top of all that I paid 9 something to get my order to go I use to love Waffle House now there charging almost 10.0 for a To go order that there only bagging I get the cook should be paid but not the waiter does Burger King or McDonald’s charge you extra to bag orders no there scamming people because Waffle House is to cheap to pay the waiter and cooks more I will not be coming back that’s the last Waffle House gets my money for absolutely nothing and then on top of that there system went down and the about made me mad as hell Waffle House needs to do something about the not paying the workers right and trying to make the customers pay there wages because yall are cheap not right you all are gonna lose alit of business this way!!!!
