2nd time ever being to this location. Definitely my last. Im sitting waiting for a space at the bar. Bars full. One or two spots available. But they are in between two huge guys. Im not small myself. So I opt to wait for the staff to clean a space for me. Even the open tables are dirty. Another question who sits in a space designed for 4 when they dine alone? Especially in a busy place. Its just rude. I can count on one hand the times ive eaten in a booth @ WH. Everytime there were 3 or 4 of us. Any way. Im offered a booth, I explain ill wait for a bar spot as its just one of me. One of the staff comes by and promptly starts to clear it for me. Let me say thank you to her. While the other starts muttering loud enough for me to hear how “i just could have gone and just sat down……”( this is the same one who was arguing with her coworker when I walked in (for context)) I need to do what? Sit down where exactly? At a dirty place setting? Pr between 2 giant men and I can make the 3 of us uncomfortable while we try to eat. You need to have a retraining of your staff, tell em if they have something to say to go in the back where the customer doesnt hear them. Or here’s a thought just be quiet. Side note, your other location a little bit north on Nova is great. Never had a bad meal, And definitely didnt have this kind of Interaction. Do better.

Clean restaurant and friendly service from Dawn and Joleen on a Monday during “off hours”. We were greeted and served a delicious meal….just what we needed! Although the prices have gone up (like everything else) this Waffle House still offers a friendly atmosphere with the delicious Waffle House food we all expect. It’s still a great value for the price.

We came in around 11:00 pm and was greeted. The waitress took our order and the cook wasted no time. The order came out correctly and everything was cooked to perfection.

Very friendly staff, very clean restaurant, we got there early so plenty of seating but it could have got crowded quickly. I only give the food a 4 because there was not a huge selection for breakfast but what they did serve was great.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Both Lilli and Zayne were very welcoming and polite. The food was great and the establishment was extremely clean. I will definitely be coming back. Lilli is the best waitress in all of Port Orange.
