Tried out the new Waffle House in Live Oak across 129 from Thunder Alley bowling . Brand new facility was spotless . Training and grand opening is underway so there were 12 employees on the floor with management. I’ve been dining at WH for many years the AllStar I received today was the best looking most well prepared I’ve ever had literally perfect. My server Tracy was friendly , fast , efficient and worked cohesively with all her coworkers to provide an excellent dining experience. Sometimes a new location can be a gamble today mine paid off handsomely!!! Great Job Waffle House Live Oak … I’ll be back!!!

Stopped in on a Sunday with my whole crew after a long day of work, and Samantha absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the moment we sat down she was on top of everything. Even with a full table, she kept things moving smoothly and made sure every single one of us was taken care of.
Our food came out fast, hot, and exactly the way we ordered it. No mix-ups, no waiting around wondering where anything was which is impressive when you’ve got a group ordering all kinds of different plates.
What really stood out was how attentive she was the entire time. Samantha kept checking on us, making sure drinks stayed filled, asking if we needed anything else, and doing it all with a great attitude.
You can tell when someone genuinely cares about doing their job well, and Samantha clearly does. Great service like that makes the whole experience better, and if you end up in her section you’ll be well taken care of.

Waitress acted like she didn’t want to be there. Food was great. Went check out and stood at the cash register for about 5 minutes, was looked at a couple of times by staff and then someone finally come over and checked us out. Hopefully it will get better

We have been wanting to go here, so happy they put a waffle house on this side of town. The food was great, service was excellent and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
