Waffle House is the same everywhere for the most part. This location is just the same. Great customer service! Smiling faces to welcome a tired patron. I ordered the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Hashbrown Bowl. My newest favorite dish. I also ordered coffee, which I don’t actually like, but it helps me stay awake on the road. This location is highly recommended!

Staff was Great!!! Service was Great!!! The staff served 12 teens and 2 adults. We were greeted with a smile, their spirits was very warm and friendly. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. The cook even made my sister the “tik tok” waffle sandwich . It was amazing !!!

The male waitress was very unprofessional. Customers had to shout across the store to get him to refill their drinks. They all sat in a corner talking and joking. Our table was very sticky when we came in I had to clean it. And the stuff he was talking about made my child feel very unsafe.

The place wasn’t busy. Our milk was served in a dirty glass with lip stick on it, my coffee cup had dried egg on it when I was served. We never received our waffles . The entire place was dirty. It was sad to see when we ran from a hurricane and just wanted a nice meal together without all the chaos from the 3 employees who didn’t appear clean either and were acting a fool and being loud.

I just got coffee for personal reasons 2 mornings in a row and not one time offered a refill. No I didn’t tip because of that but if I got a refill I would have. Is this something new,not asking or offering a refill?
