I order delivery waffle house and they always leaving something out my order the other day I add two eggs to my stuff that already comes with egg so I should have 3 egg get my food and I had no eggs at all they charged me for extra eggs then for my order & delivery fee and expect me to tip driver. For my food not to be right when we call and finally get ahold of someone they are rude. Lieing about who they are tell me my order don’t come with egg when website say cheeese steak melt hash brown with eggs ?? Telling us to come back up there like I didn’t just pay a 12$ delivery fee on top of my $40 order

Brandon was professional, attentative and a team player, taking orders,delivering food, refilling ice, cups dishes etc putting washed dishes away while still checking on customers for coffee refills etc.Manager Kelley with one hand gloved the other occupied with orders,kept touching the plated food on the with her gloved hand after thumbing through receipt orders,(disgusting)…hovering,in the way of the cooks!
(Ash )Ashley seemed attentive, helped with washing dishes ,delivering orders, Tina was like a chicken with her head chopped off, busy running orders, cleaning dirty dishes, cashing people out.Haylee…may have been having a bad day, she seemed unhappy,perhaps with a table that broke a plate ,ran her back n forth. Didn’t otherwise see her helping much. She cashed out some people. Delivered some orders. Cooks (3) of them stayed busy …
Our order,because it was Sunday,and they were slammed I’m sure ,took a while. We ordered the 2 eggs scrambled w/o cheese hash browns smothered and covered w/ sausage…no smothered n covered…
Overall food was good,service our waiter Brandon was good. I wouldn’t go back because of the food being touched.I am very skeptical about eating in restaurants, because of the nasty things people that work in the industry do. Attitude is everything. And while the customer is not always right, they are paying the bill. No tables available we sat up at the counter…that was not a problem. Actually is what made all things visual. I’ll probably choose counter in the future, if I attend another waffle house,as I like to see what’s going on.

There was only one table and i sat at bar to order my food.. after watching them talk n joke around i asked if i could place my order.. she look and me a said im busy… i waited 5 more mins still no help i left out my friend still order then the food came out salty… i love waffle house but not this one.

Real talk-Waffle House cheese grits are still the best! We love Waffle House !!!! If ever I’m back on this side of the world ? This would be my first stop!! Cheese grits bowls are the best and so are the waffles !!!!! This is great place to take you family to have breakfast. Staff are always attentive and they cook or make everything fresh !!!!!

Got the all star and when I took a bite of my eggs I got a mouth full of plastic and when I got there one of the workers come out the bathroom smelled like he was vaping I go to waffle house a good bit but not the one in thomasville before 19 on 84

So for years I have heard people brag about the waffle house…this was my first time ever coming to a waffle house and I’m not at all impressed. It’s mediocre at best. IHOP is way better in my opinion. They had decent choices on their menu, but it was pretty much what you can get at other restaurants. I ordered one waffle and 2 pieces of sausage. The waffle tasted good…the sausage was Jimmy Dean. I asked for water and had a black particle floating in it. The one thing that really bothered me was this policy on their menu. There is a 20 percent price increase if you order to go. It says 10 percent goes to the person making your food and 10 percent is a to go fee. So if you stay in, the person who was hired to cook your food, will prepare your food without a fee…but if you take it to go…now you “owe” them for making your food. What kind of crap is that?! Let’s just say I won’t return.

First time ever at a Waffle House. Good choices mind you, but not as simple as saying I’ll have pancakes with a side of bacon. Like Anthony Bourdain, we were “unfamiliar with the ways of the Waffle House”. Lots of choices and options – hash browns, biscuits, toast, grits etc. Moreover, regulars knew to order things that were no listed on the menu – for instance, the pork chops which looked really, really good. Service was speedy and the plates quickly stacked up. Did we order too much? Maybe. How to rate the experience is hard.
The meal itself was good and a great value relative to the cost. That said, I would give the meal four stars for taste, service and value. Kitchen line and servers are clearly working together like a well oiled machine. Stations and the staff working them are clearly dedicated to their tasks.
The staff also took great care to wipe down surfaces and wear gloves.
What seemed off was management. Trash outside in the parking lot and inside on the floors (below work stations) were visible to patrons. Seeing that led to a feeling of unease that made me more aware of each uncorrected staff action; eating without taking an apron off, or picking items off the floor and then handling plates. As a result, I would rate management / cleanliness two, possibly lower.
Overall glad that I went. Still, I am not planning a second visit.
