I was passing thru and on a whim stopped at waffle house in Jesup Georgia. I was greeted with a very happy and contagious smile from my server Regina. Upon entering I knew Immediately from her courteous and helpful demeanor,my service was going to be impeccable. This Waffle House was amazing our server Regina was on point, she paid very close attention to our orders, and made sure our food was nice and hot. She was a joy to speak with, I never really do reviews, but I think she should be acknowledged for her. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

When we arrived the employees were loud and sitting on the counter. Our waitress was kind and attentive but the cook his grill was so dirty and he didn’t understand why the bacon was not good another guest sent her bacon back and he told her he doesn’t eat bacon so he’s not good at cooking it that’s why it was burnt or the second round was not done. I will say the waffle was good.

UPDATE still not a good place always getting orders wrong then blaming the customers. Tried it again today 11/1/24.The wait staff on Friday night is so unfriendly no hi or welcome to waffle house no nothing just what do u want so unprofessional. I understand that Friday night n Saturday is hectic but at least act like u like ur job. Our waitress was we don’t know cause she never told us. she acted like everyone was an inconvenience to her no smile or anything. She even was on her phone while we waited for her to ask us what we wanted. Bacon was burned ask for more and cook acted like it wasn’t that badly burnt. This used to be my favorite place to eat now it’s laughably. If it wasn’t so bad as the while crew laughing about the bacon being burnt and me sending it back saying what they did, yeah I got mad and did not leave the normal tip of 20$ or maybe more. The only one to greet anyone was the girl or young lady that wore glasses this night.

For sure won’t be back at this location!! Had a group of 14 of us come in to a empty place besides 1 table who was finishing up with their food. 3 people working and not one greeting from them. We had to wait for the tables to be wiped down, menus sticky from syrup, didn’t get told they had no ice till our drinks were brought to us. What should have been 20-30 minutes to order eat and leave took over an hour to get everyone’s food which was brought out one person’s order at a time instead of a table at a time. Messed up on one person’s food so had to have
them remake it. Our waitress never once apologized about the wait nor did she refill our cups. Overall the food was good but service from our waitress was horrible!!

My favorite breakfast restaurant! Food was exactly what I wanted. Service was a little slower than normal, I think there were some trainees. Totally understand and appreciate that. Keep learning and be more attentive to your customers. Thank you

The #1 is a perfect feast. Get scrambled eggs with cheese with bacon. I substituted tomatoes for the hash browns and still couldn’t finish my waffle. It’s an excellent value and the coffee was delish!
