I don’t know how I feel really, the server was sweet just really not all the way there. It took her awhile to come to me and she still had to be prompted, “ma’am should I come to the register or…..” “no I’ll come to you..” “uh….. okay” (conversation verbatim).
The grill guy was almost in the same boat as the server, seasoning chicken and cutting bell peppers which is fine. But I worked with some amazing grill masters at Waffle house who use to have the customers orders done before the server even took it. Customer service is team work and they just weren’t a good team.
She was kind though, I had a craving for something and the gravy was the most important part of that. She gave me the old gravy and not only could you look and see but he literally threw it out 5 minutes after she served me. They should’ve replaced my gravy in all honesty and that bothered me a bit.
My boyfriend’s cheesesteak melt was good though.
Waffle House is what it is!

Came in to eat. Got my order taken then my server just disappeared. The cook had to give us our food. Coffee was cold and had to ask just to get cashed out. Cook was great but why hire a server and pay them to sit in back.

I worked all night and in between shifts, I took a nap in the parking lot. I parked out of the way of any customers.
I usually purchase when I visit a waffle house but when I went in to use the restroom (I was only in the parking lot for an hour), they told me I wasn’t allowed in unless I made a purchase. Never have I been denied a public restroom from anywhere, including a waffle house. I guess they assumed I was homeless.
There was no signs dictating the restrooms were for customers only and no other waffle house had treated me this way. I left without purchasing anything and I plan to never go back. Do what you will with this information.

RJ was great but “Pretty Ricky” was horrible on the grill. We waited way too long to have our food cooked incorrectly. People came after us and received their food before us. That would be fine if it wasn’t a simple order. Bacon egg and cheese sandwich!!!

Had to wait more than 30 mins for a waffle and bacon to go. people who came after me we’re leaving first and when i eventually got my food it was all cold the chocolate chips on the waffle weren’t even melted and my bacon was just thrown on top and the chocolate melted on top of it also. if i could give 0 stars i would i am beyond disappointed and feel like i wasted my money.

A pleasant, friendly, restaurant to enjoy a tasty meal. The wait staff is very attentive, to the progress and needs you may have to enjoy your meal, and dining experience. My server (Bernie) was exceptional nice, and kind. If she wasn’t serving or taking orders,, she was cleaning many areas, and sanitizing tables.. She definitely will provide great service, and put a smile on anyone’s face.

Staff were friendly, and the establishment was clean. I was given my waffle prior to the rest of my meal, it took a while so they remade my waffle and served it with the rest of the meal once it was finished, which was nice.
