Vanessa was our server this morning. We sat at the bar area. Watching her and the crew work amazes me. They are a respectful well-oiled machine it seems. We Were attended to in a respectful time frame considering that the place was completely full. Everything was clean and there was fresh coffee.

Sunday April 16 around 8.40 pm.. after going to the beach.. I went there with my family and there was only one man inside and the door was closed. We call the place and no one answers. We waited for 20 minutes and no one showed up. and the door was still closed. better change the hours of the place if you don’t have staff

My patty melt and scattered smothered n covered was the best ever. Great iced tea also . The lady chef(?) and waitress (Daunica) added to the atmosphere! Loved this place today! Thank you!

Third time in two years I have come to this waffle house around 6am and told it was closed. This time I passed three other waffle houses on my way in to savannah hoping to eat here as it is the closest to my end destination after a 8 hour overnight drive. This time when I walked to the door the staff member came to the door and said they were closed and I asked “How is a waffle house closed? Aren’t you open 24 hours?” To which I was told “she’s cleaning the grill right now and we are closed” I suppose this precluded serving any drinks or other items. From now on I will ignore this location and make other plans. Not the experience I was hoping for after being on the road for eight hours.

Sometimes you get good service and other times you get nothing. Best buys return fee is utterly ridiculous. They call the restocking fee…. I call it.. isn’t That’s what you pay your employees to do on a daily basis? I think a lot of stuff is overpriced and the vibe is not on the level it should be

People were great and getting it done during a very busy period. I just don’t know how they keep their orders in line and do what they do. I appreciate them. The people behind the counter. The food is always good and so is the service.

The food is fine. I thought I was buying the two waffles together, but they didn’t charge me like that, so the total was way more than I thought but I paid it. The food was okay tho 7/10

We were NEVER acknowledged after walking in. Filthy. Dishes on the bar or we could’ve sat down. Alex was the only Caucasian working. When we asked for help all other employees ignored him!!

We have now waited ultra patiently, quietly, unobtrusively for one hour for a clean table and are the only customers requesting to dine-in. There are three vacant tables with food still on them that have not been cleaned off this entire time. The nice lady earlier asked if we were dining in, and we said yes. After she left, another server asked us if we wanted a to-go. We confirmed we were waiting on a table. We have been low maintenance and extra patient. I’m not sure why they’re continuing to ignore us, but we have no where to be, and are happy to wait. However, at some point, we might be the only customers left in the restaurant, so what will be the excuse, then?
