Wonderful service! I spilled an entire cup of coffee on my lap and my mug smashed on the floor. Staff were extremely helpful. We met several staff members and had wonderful service here. Everyone was cheerful and smiling and it was contagious! Thank you all! Raisin toast was delicious! And it’s waffle House so it’s consistently good!

We visit a waffle house fairly often and have never had a bad experience until now. My wife ordered the hash brown bowl an I got the All-Star special. Not busy but waitress disappeared after taking our order. Waited an extremely long time for our meals. No one came by to check on us or offer more coffee.
When the meals arrived, by waffle was a soggy mess. I guess from the butter melting. My scrambled eggs and hash browns were ice cold. My wife’s meal was fine. Waited at least 15 minutes for them to remake my meal. Eggs were dried out and the bacon and hash browns were warm at best.
The manager took the meal off the cheque without us asking. Very thoughtful. I was considering still leaving a nice tip after the managers assistance. Until I encountered the hostess while paying the cheque. If she had been any colder, it would have been a freezer in there. She just stood there like I was bothering her. My wife said she gave the manager an attitude about bringing my meal out.
I will be contacting the restaurant, as I believe this was racially motivated. We sat in the parking lot watching the employees including the manager running around working while the Hostess just stood and watched.

Thee best Waffle House ever! The service was fast, coffee hot and server was very attentive. I was in town for a funeral and meet some family members also from out of town to have breakfast because we didn’t want hotel breakfast. The food was cooked as ordered and was hot, as it was very cold temperatures for Savannah and even got ❄️ snow. We’ll done to the staff at this location!

Very friendly Waffle House if you’re traveling on I-95; it’s easy off and on the Interstate. The food comes out fast so if you are looking to stretch a bit, I’d go here. We were ready for a sit down, fresh over easy eggs and grits breakfast. They also have lunch or dinner options. Great service!!

My husband went there to get me breakfast and I should have known because it’s always something. He came back home with 3 ham & cheese omelette with grits (my mom, my daughter, & me). As I was mixing the butter up in the grits, it was smelling funny. Then I went into the room and ask my mom about her grits & she said yes something is wrong with it. Not knowing she had ate some. Went back n the from about 15/ 20 minutes later she was vomiting this food up. I called up to the restaurant but of course they don’t take calls so it just lead to me putting it here.

This store is right across the street from my job and my go -to spot when I get off a long shift and I’m starving. The second shift team is really awesome, Usually, it’s Kayla, and she cooks my food is the server. I think she missed her calling as a comedian to be honest, She is quite hilarious and always brings a smile to my face.
The Third shift team is awesome as well.
There is one of the grill operators- Ty!
This dude is seriously a ROCKSTAR ! He can
Remember like 20 orders at a time, he greets every single customer With a smile, no matter how busy he is, And my food is always perfect! He remembers that I like salt & pepper on my pork chops and that I like an extra egg.
This young man is an asset to the Waffle House brand and I hope he gets paid what he’s worth!
