Our waitress Puff was amazing!!! She was super sweet and very customer oriented. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us often. She also made sure every customer that came in was acknowledged and greeted warmly. She went above and beyond for us. We appreciate her sweet attitude and service so much!!!

From the time I walked up to the door the service was amazing very friendly the hostess held the door open for the customers. The lady who took my very simple order was very friendly and even told me she loved my hoodie which has a bunch of cats on it. Her name was charity and she was just a delight person. So if this review can reach her please tell her not to change anything about how and what she is doing. Thank u waffle house.

Will i walked in it was full so there was a very nice lady cleaning and setting people. I’ll let some older family go in front me . So when I seated Finley the nice lady that was helping everyone ask a gentleman that works there the couple that at his table need some water with lemon to. He prefers to tell the lady he will take care of his table and not worry about he’s area in a hateful way. That’s the same person staining in from me for 5 minutes or longer and didn’t even ask if wanted coffee water or anything.

I have never done this before but I just had the worst dinning experience at this location. The ONE cook they had could only handle cooking orders one at a time. We were there for over an hour and all received our food at different times and one waffle was burnt and one wasn’t cooked all the way. – Our server seemed sweet but never came to check on us, or refill drinks we had to ask. Poor girl barely said one word the whole time. – She unfortunately had to work with a girl named CiCi who had the most unprofessional attitude and was arguing with the cook and girl who was serving us in front of the whole restaurant. And when we first arrived CiCi said “ugh more people are coming in”. I wanted to walk out right then but had a group with me and couldn’t. She was not a good team member at all, and personally made the whole experience uncomfortable for my family. We will never come back to this location. Multiple tables walked out while we were there bc they just simply weren’t greeted and were tired of listening to CiCi run her mouth and not help to fix the problems.

The food was too greasy. The waitress was nice but was whining about why she needed tips. The wrong patties was used on my husband’s burger. Two cooks there but the cooks was making the waitress do 90 percent of the work. The cooks also used way to much low-melt on the grill. Double charged us for hash browns. The cook also decided to eat and then go smoke a cigarette. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The lady that took my order would not write it down. Just kept saying “I got this” then when I get back to work I find that everything is just opposite of what I ask for. She seem more interested in something else except me and making our food. I always tip very very good I know that they work for it however any customer deserves better service than I was given this morning. Next time I truly would recommend using the one by the highway. You get better service.
