Had an experience a couple weeks f weeks ago at another location. Long story short, after having them re cook an order, the re cooked was just as bad. Asked for the check and the server asked if the food was ok. Told them no, paid my bill and left. Didn’t tell them I want paying, because I ate my toast, even though they didn’t have wheat.
Anyway, we left and I ordered online for pickup at the Wondrr location. Took the food home; and my better half stayed; from the wirse hash browns ever to the best ever….
Went back last night after work, and happy to see the same cook on the grill.
It was awesome again; and great to see someone who takes pride in their work…
So, go check out Otis (grill master) and show him some love.

Kelly and Lynsie were awesome! My first time at Waffle house and it was just fine. The hash browns were my fav part and the bacon burger was a treat!

Just So / So… it’s WH….. This location doesn’t really offer good service or good food.
We did the All star breakfast and the wife had some Melt plate. Lukewarm, took forever and a day to arrive. Not that well made by any stretch of the imagination. Undercooked harsh browns, cold waffle, lukewarm coffee. The waiter was a tool, too overfriendly and annoying.
We’ve eaten here numerous times over the last few years and it just keeps getting worse and worse. The hassle with pickup / take out orders. They impose a surcharge now–> seriously? of about 20% no less.
It’s ok for a somewhat quick bite when your tired and don’t wanna cook…. beyond that? We don’t bother with this location anymore.

Came here yesterday and had a GREAT experience! Food was good and the atmosphere was perfect. My waitress knew what she was talking about and had the most upbeat personality! She even wrote our names on our Togo cups so it was personalized. We watched as she ran around the whole store helping others and greeted everyone with a warm smile knowing their names and everything. It was truly amazing. We are going to become regulars from now on and hope to have Mrs.Jess Jess again! We recommend everyone to check out this Waffle House and see Jess Jess

15 minutes before waiter even acknowledged us. Stacks of dirty dishes EVERYWHERE, waiter never came back, waiter and BOTH grill operators left 1 waitress by herself in a FULL (4 empty seats) house, counters were covered in syrup, floors were greasy. I felt sorry for the waitress who was trying to take care of everyone, run register, bus tables, and do dishes. We were there 30+ minutes and she was alone at least 25. In addition, waffle was burnt, patty melt had no onions and bread was thrown on the grill dry, had to get up and get own mayo because waiter disappeared faster than a blink of the eye! This one started running down awhile back and continues to do so.

They served me burnt bacon, and then they were rude about how they took care of it had to come talk to me and say well so what’s the problem with it huh I’m like it’s burnt ok yeah it’s a little well was the response I got from the cook.
