I was at the location last night, I had the 2 eggs and breakfast meat meal, im not sure if im missing something on the description, however I DID NOT get my hashbrowns the way it was perceived on the menu. My son ordered the all star breakfast which comes with a waffle. The server that is sitting in this picture I had to walk up to and let her know that my order was wrong. She NEVER stated that I had to ask for hashbrowns the way it describes, nor did she ask if I wanted them that way. My son waited on his waffle for over 5 minutes and when asked about that, we were told that it was still cooking. The waffle came out not done. The server was not attentive to us, not one time did she ask if everything was ok, nor did she ask if we needed refills. This place really lacks customer service by her and the 2 young men that were working that night. Needless to say I will not be back to this location.

They get orders wrong, and if you send it back it will be half cold and half barely warm. This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten the same waiter, with different people, and after we all agree that the behavior was odd (I just don’t care enough to ask for his name). The ketchups all around us were basically empty, every time, so no restocking happens I’m assuming.

This WH in Statham is the best WH I have experienced in quite some time! After a concert in Athens, last Friday night, my niece and I stopped for midnight munchies. Our server was sweet, helpful and caring! The food was perfect and coffee fresh!! Thank you for topping off our celebration night with a great down home vibe! You all are rock stars.
