Was given plastic silverware when other tables received metal. And didnt receive till after got salty food and old chili. Couldn’t stir my coffee. We come in there at least once a week and the server was not pleasant after she has waited on us numerous times. When we said something and she “tried” to apologize, another server said “dont apologize to them”
Floors were covered in food, so filthy. We never complain about anything, and tip well. Even at one point prior time, we were leaving and the restaurant was completely empty and I gave each employee extra 20 bucks.
After server said dont apologize we immediately left money on table and left.

Svea was one of the rudest waitresses I ever had there, not only didn’t she call out the order wrong and I had to correct her she didn’t bring us any refills when our food came I asked for mayonnaise and she never brought them and I asked again 5 mins later and she said she forgot cause she was distracted by the stuff that was going on outside ( there was nothing going on) then I sat my drink on the side of the table for her to see I needed a refill and nope never got it. This couple sat a table behind us and sat there for 20 mins she never went over who ever the short lady that was working 12/24/2025 at 1 am had to wait on them cause she never came. We spend 54.00 and the food and Service wasn’t worth it.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Waffle House too much talking from the cook to customers then he leaves right in middle of our order!!! 3 waitress in back doing nothing took forever to take our order,Then took 3 orders from I guess there regular customers then came to our table 10 minutes later after talking to customers at register.Will not stop here again!!!

Came in during a busy time, and it took awhile to get noticed. When I finally did get some attention, the service felt a little impersonal. However, it was prompt from then on out and the food was prepared quite well.
