Not entirely sure what happened, every other time going not being as memorable, but they literally screwed up my cheesy egg meal so bad that I felt physcially unwell (they double cooked it i guess?? I was in the bathroom when it happened,) didn’t touch it besides a bite of egg and bread, and STILL had to pay for my meal
No one seems to actually care about what they do, constant smoke breaks, and seemingly being busy with maybe 3 tables in the place

I was shopping around the area and decided to stop by to eat, the staff were friendly and efficient, the waffles were crispy and flavorful, and the hashbrowns were cooked just right! Also had a chance to play gotye’s song while I was there. I forget to tip my waiter which I apologize. definitely will be back!

Food’s usually great, customer service pretty good too. But every time I come here, most of the tables seem to be full of the trash from the previous customer. I don’t know if they only clear tables in waves or what, but it needs to be done more quickly. Half the tables are empty but they all have dirty dishes on them. And all but the counter seats is empty and the all too have dirty dishes in front of them today. I shouldn’t have to wait for someone to clear a seat when there’s that many empty seats.

We’ve been to this waffle house before, until today had absolutely no complaints.
Today however, sat down and ordered, and when the food arrives, there’s a hair in it.
The staff gets informed, but they act very nonchalant about there being a hair in the food. They said it was an accident, while the cook was NOT wearing a hair net for his (pretty long) beard.
When the staff was asked about the cook and his beard, they said that he doesn’t have to wear a hair net. That’s the first time I’ve heard that.
Apparently the hair in food incident is not a one-off based on the reviews. Also, I can confirm that there were quite a few empty tables with a lot of dirty plates. And when people tried to sit down, they got told loudly and kinda rudely to not sit down until the table is cleared.

My patty melt was burned and they forgot to put the onions on it. The lady who took my order was very kind, but she wasn’t properly trained and couldn’t figure out how to get my giftcard to work, so I couldn’t use it. I truly only came because I had a giftcard. I was then handed my togo order and realized they had forgotten the waffle. Overall not a great experience…

Yeah, I’m working out of town and I come to this Waffle House quite often because it’s the only thing that’s open when I come to eat but today one of the servers splashed me in the face with water and the cook was 15 to 20 minutes late sitting in her car and the one that splashed me in the face was sitting in her car as well for 15 to 20 minutes however, my server was very nice when I got splashed in the face with water. I left immediately because I would’ve said something I should have And the thing is I tip well and my server was going to get a very good tip that day because she was the only one that was working at the Moment

I love Waffle House. I grew up near Avondale Estates where is all started and have enjoyed eating breakfast and other meals here for over 50 years. Excellent food and service.
That’s why I’m SHOCKED at how rude the waitress was at this specific Waffle House this morning to me and my 91 year old father. We sat down at an available table and she yelled at us “YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO GET UP TILL I FINISH CLEANING THAT AND I’M READY FOR YOU!” I told her she was rude – asked for the manager, told him she was rude and we left.
Enjoying breakfast at Cracker Barrel across the street instead!
