I hadn’t been to a Waffle House in over 10 years, but my friends had a serious craving for a patty melt and some chocolate pie so off we went. Everything was cooked perfectly, just how we asked, and our server was the sweetest. The only heartbreak? No chocolate pie! Apparently no one made any that day (truly a tragedy). Still, the food and service hit the spot, and I won’t be waiting another decade to come back.

Hello! Good was great at 230pm! A gentleman who had just came in for the shift was very polite, got my food to me in a timely manner. Great service from him. However it is typically cold in this particular waffle house and today it’s 67 degrees outside but it was SO cold in the restaurant I could see my own breath. Maybe only have the a.c. like that when it’s hot outside and not raining and cold.

This Waffle House is top notch and the staff are always friendly, attentive and quick! We stop in on very busy Saturday mornings and are always impressed by how well the team performs. Nina gets it right every time! This location is great and their latest public health score is 100. Who could ask for more?

The food was good, but the service was terrible! I went in on thanksgiving yesterday, and there was like 8 workers there, and not one person checked on me, let alone the sever that took care of me. I’m not gone say her name but I remember it tho. They just stood there talking. I won’t go back! Ridiculous

I live about 2 minutes from the waffle house..some mornings my daughters want waffles for breakfast…whenever i get to order the food, i am greeted with happiness and the staff are all very friendly. love it

Subject: Incident of Harassment at Your Restaurant

I had a very upsetting experience at your restaurant this afternoon while picking up my food. As I approached the counter to speak to the staff, a male customer began mocking my pronunciation. He laughed, turned toward me, and repeated my words in a mocking tone, clearly ridiculing the way I spoke.

When I asked him, “What’s wrong with you?”, he continued to laugh and imitate my accent without any sign of remorse.

I’m fully aware that my English may not have a native accent, but does that give someone the right to humiliate me in public? What’s even more disappointing is that several staff members were present and witnessed the incident, yet no one stepped in to address the behavior.

Should I feel welcome to return to a place where such harassment is tolerated? Is your restaurant only for people who speak English with a flawless accent?

I’m asking that your management and staff take such situations seriously in the future. When a customer is publicly mocked or harassed, it is your responsibility to intervene. Please do not turn a blind eye, as happened today.
