If I could give a zero I would! On a Friday night at 840pm you’re going to tell me I can’t order food til the next shift is there around 905. Absolutely ridiculous. Waffle house is 24 hours. I used to work for WH and knew sometimes you might stay a little late. So I guess the cook and waitress just get paid hourly as they turn customers away. Never will I go back.

Four of us went in Gainesville Waffle House. There were 4 other people there. I ordered coffee. Was told there was a dinner rush and I’d get it soon. My table already had their drinks and part of our order. One person ordered hash browns which finally came after asking over and over. They came when we were all finished. My order of crispy bacon looked raw. Too much wrong to list. If 3 employees think 8 people is a crowd and obviously can’t handle it, something is very wrong. During covid we have eaten in this location with one employee and everything was great. Maybe a one off but what a confused mess!
