I don’t think 24-hour businesses always realize the role they play in their communities. Being open 24/7 means more than just serving food, it means being a safe, welcoming place for people no matter what time it is or what they’re going through. Sometimes people just need somewhere to sit, breathe, and feel human again. We know…..Waffle House isn’t always known for over-the-top service, so I didn’t walk in expecting much. I just hoped my server would be decent enough for me to leave a tip .
But EVERYONE exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I walked in, I could tell this Waffle House was different. Every single person greeted me. No weird looks, no judgment, just genuine hospitality.
Tam and DJ are a PHENOMENAL team. They truly deserve to represent the brand beyond this location. Tam is an extraordinary server, attentive, kind, funny, and incredibly thoughtful. She checked on me consistently without hovering, made sure I had everything I needed before I even had to ask, and created such a comfortable atmosphere. I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t feel like “just another customer.” I felt welcomed. The food? AMAZING. Fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. DJ’s customer service matched that same energy, professional, friendly, and on point. You can tell when people take pride in what they do, and both of them absolutely do. If Waffle House is not promoting these two and putting them on the front line, they are SERIOUSLY missing out. These reviews are NOT lying!!! I honestly ended up here by accident after my plans fell through, and I’m so grateful I did. Good people don’t always realize the impact they have on others, but tonight they made a real difference.

This crew is amazing. From the moment we entered until we departed they were inviting, enjoyable and very attentive!
The restaurant was very clean. The food was made to order, perfectly. I ordered eggs over medium where the yolk is runny, but the whites are cooked. The waffle was delicious, and the bacon crispy.
I would return if I lived in Atlanta, alas we are visiting from Virginia. Thank you Vickie for wonderful service.

This is by far the BEST Waffle House I’ve ever been to. We went there around 12:30am on a Saturday night after the Chris Brown concert. We were immediately greeted by a friendly hostess. There was a long line and they still seated us within 20 minutes of arrival.
I got the chicken hashbrown bowl and it was fresh, hot and delicious when it came out. I also got a blueberry that was the same. Both great dishes that were done to perfection.
This store was so clean and orderly. There were 2 cops from the sheriffs outside maintaining the peace and safety. I felt so comfortable and relaxed here.
Go here for a delicious yet reasonably priced meal in a clean environment.

The Special Loaded Grit Bowl is my standard order because no one makes them like this at any other Waffle House in the metro area. Derrick the Manager hit a corner on the Waffle House Grit Bowl with Texas Toast and coffee. Delicious!!

Went last night and ordered an all star and it came out fast and was so good! I don’t really expect the best service at waffle house at late times but Victoria helped us and the lady with the short black hair was nice and checked up on us. Definitely going to come back to try the cinnamon waffle. Evironment was great!

The lady (i wish I remember her name) that took and served my takeout order today was so nice, I lost my train of mind and left my credit card. NEVER done that before. First and foremost, shout out to Annie Kay, for the excellent service as we awaited our breakfast prepared from a 4Million dollar club cook that was point on. We listened as they sang a little, greeted all the local regulars in awe. As a former restaurant owner (sold retired) I was so impressed. Clean a ton of friendly clean banter and smiles. Everybody looked proud to be there. I am a waffle house addict, none can touch this one. Corporate should award each of you something, best smiles award and a attaboy/girl at the least. I will see you again if we come in town.
