The WORST customer service ever. Literally didn’t care if your order was right or wrong, here or togo. I felt bad for the other people. On my end, literally waited over an hour. People who came in after us got their food and left, even the dine in customers. We sat patiently, although we have to drive back to SC & catch a flight in 4hrs. She kept saying our order is ready 20 mins later still waiting 30 mins later still waiting on an order that is “already ready” she apologized but continued to work. We got there at 12:23 didn’t leave until 1:42 that’s when we got the order. My food was cold of course bc reminder the food had been ready. When I said something about it. She offered to remake it, but after being there for over an hour you’re not wanting to wait another hour for food. I asked for a refund. She continued to work. I went outside for air bc we are still waiting on the rest of the food. Came back in and asked her. She ignored me 3X. I had to ask my sister to ask her and she STILL did NOT acknowledge me & asked the lead “to give this LADY her refund”. This LADY sat & waited patiently even tipper you. I’ve NEVER been dismissed, ignored or shown the lack of concern by any Waffle House I have been to.

I visited this Waffle House last night and experienced service beyond compare. We came in and was pleasantly greeted by the staff and on duty officer. This place was decorated from top to bottom in Christmas decor. It was the most festive and welcoming environment. Stan and his coworkers chatted with all of the customers, provided efficient service for our takeout order, and truly made our experience perfect!!

Wow! What a great first visit! I finally made it to a Waffle House, and it was everything I hoped for and more. I got the All-Star Breakfast, and it was fantastic. The grilled biscuits were out of this world, and my scrambled eggs with cheese were perfect. And let’s not even get started on the double order of hash browns, smothered and covered! Pure genius.
But what really made the experience was our waitress. She was so friendly and incredibly patient, and she took great care of us. Her kindness made a great meal even better.

Great place. Clean and good food. Coffee and waffles always a good move. Stopped in before a round of golf at Peachtree and got to go order. They got it ready fast and we were on our way. Decorated for Christmas warm and clean restaurant. Easy to get in and out of as well right next to Marta.

I recently visited the Waffle House near the MARTA station and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location offers a unique view of the MARTA station, which adds to the overall atmosphere. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, which is always a plus.The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure that my dining experience was enjoyable. As for the food, it was classic Waffle House fare, which is exactly what you’d expect – delicious and satisfying.Overall, I had a great experience at this Waffle House. If you’re looking for a quick and tasty meal in a clean and friendly environment, I would definitely recommend stopping by.

This is a really good Waffle House. Well prepared food, friendly service, and clean. Waffle House is known of course for its straightforward, simple food and then this case was quite satisfying. The cook was observably on top of things, skilled and efficient, and he kept his cooking and work surfaces clean and tidy. Impressive! I don’t eat out much, but I definitely will go back to this Waffle House. There weren’t a lot of customers there perhaps because it was Tuesday evening, but I bet they’re busy at other parts of the day. I dined alone, but this would be a good one to go to with a friend or two, or fill a booth with a party of four.

This is only Waffle House that delivers close to my job. They never give eating utensils, always forgetting drink or item off plate. Also they just give food to anybody my orders have been cancelled multiple times due to them just handing food to anyone. Refund takes 10-12 then having to order and pay again because of the inconsistency to check make sure they giving out the right order

Nice place to eat breakfast food at any time of day, awesome service, clean restrooms, close to MARTA bus and rail system, and you can sit and enjoy your food without rush. Georgia Department of Public Health inspection score: 93/100 on 07/2025. Keep on moving up! The hugh billboard blocks the view.
*Honorable mention to the Waffle House on 300 Marietta Street NW, now permanently closed. The people there were friendly. It had a calming effect when I had a stressful day. I called it pancake therapy.

Ordered medium well steak, double eggs scrambled hard, and double hash browns with white toast. I was brought an undercooked steak, runny eggs, hash browns and cinnamon raisin toast. Sent it back and the cook wanted to argue about it. My mom ordered a fiesta omelette with hash browns smothered and wheat toast. We go regular hash browns white toast and I’ll let you all be the judge of the omelette. The cook can’t cook and his attitude sucks. Also so a whole lot of cross contamination going on by the cook at the grill so PLEASE be careful if you have any allergies
