First I want to start off by saying we came in at approximately 10:46 pm . We walked in to two employees asleep dishes on the tables needing to be bussed no greeting at all what so ever . Now I get it’s Waffle House and it’s kind of like “what do you expect “ but I have never had such horrible service at a Waffle House . So after we choose out table it took the server “lady with glasses” approximately 3 mins to even notice someone walked in because her and her cook were both asleep . She came to our table no hey how are yall nothing it literally took us just saying we want “coffee “ and a “sprite” to drink . She says “do yall know what you want “ we proceed with our order . She then brings hubbys coffee in a Togo cup . Still no greeting what so ever . I normally am a good tipper but mama if you happen to see my review just know the reason you weren’t tipped was because of your attitude and your horrible service .

I’m actually here now and I’m impressed. I usually get the same thing but today I thought I’d try the All-Star with a piece of chicken (I’ve never had the chicken) but it was so delicious and juicy. I’m definitely going to get that more often. Although the food was amazing, the reason for my review was more so what I wanted to highlight. The customer service was amazing. It was more so relaxed and just a friendly atmosphere. Even the employees were respectful of each other. Like one server was correcting another one but the way she said it so softly and respectfully and almost a whisper (I wasn’t purposely listening, just noticed it) was so kind. Then he asked her for help and she immediately helped him and told him “it’s okay”. Didn’t criticize him or anything. Victoria is her name and she’s literally what they need to keep. She’s a great multitasker and she pretty much can read her guests minds. (She just suggested and brought over my to-go items without me even having to get her attention) she’s a jewel to your company! And this is from a Waffle House lover who have seen my share of Waffle House experiences but I love the food! Keep it up! Give Victoria a raise…and “Chef kiss” to the cook! Literally the best chicken I have ever had at any restaurant, breakfast and dinner venues! I would have took a picture but I ate it so fast!

Service was awful. Never got a refill, checks were wrong, never got my waffle. Don’t recommend coming unless you want to sit around for 2-3 hours.

It’s been way to long since I gotten Waffle House and it was pleasant. Food came quick and tasted fresh. They were short staffed so took a little longer to get refills. I would definitely go here again though.
