Our Server was Kim was Great. I ordered the pecan waffle and it was so good!!! It was cooked perfect. My bacon was too. My sister ordered a Tbone. The steak wasn’t seasoned either. At the location in Union city its always seasoned without asking. The steak was overcooked. Her eggs were overcooked as well. She wanted them over easy. After telling the server she quickly got her a new order of eggs. I wouldn’t rush back to this location but if you’re in the area swing by.

This was one of the Best Waffle House I have been to. My son loves waffle House so we always going to one. We was out of town on this one. Customer Service was on point from the time we walked in. Even the cook was Great he talk with us and ask us was everything ok did we need anything, yes we had a waiter and she was also good and yes they had other customers that they was working with so we was not the only people inside.. They was clean and I never seen a cook go a head and start on preparing before others came in Love it.. He really enjoy what he does and that is great. Enjoyed been in this Waffle House.

Food was great until I found hair in my food :/. The older lady cooking our food wasn’t wearing a hat. This is the 2nd time this has happened. It was different employee the first time, but still disappointing since they charge an extra fee for to-go orders.

I love Waffle House and have made great memories there through the years. Food is consistently good, employees are consistently welcoming and kind. My go to order is cheese scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, and raisin toast. Coffee is always hot and fresh, and breakfast is always served. Try the cheese steak omelet. You won’t be disappointed!

I order online steak and eggs meal and some waffles to go.when I arrive Lisa princess was the waitress that help me. She had this bossy attitude from the beginning but I didn’t let it bother me since I was gonna be there for only a few seconds. I got my order and went home to eat my hot meal with my family but then discovered I was missing my steak! How can they missed half of the items you order.i had to go back and tell Lisa she forgot my steak. She didn’t seem surprise or bother for her mistake. Defenetly not the type of service I was expecting!
