Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered food to go and found a gnat in my cheese eggs. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. No one should ever receive food prepared under those conditions. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to be mindful when ordering from this location.

Went in yesterday with my family around 3pm and the service was great. Although there was only 1 employee working in the whole restaurant he handled everything perfectly. He spoke to everyone nicely, advised he was alone and apologized yet he kept a smile on his face the whole time. He kept things in order and brought everything out correctly. Even the food was the best we’ve had in a while from a Waffle House.
It’s a shame they had him working alone and he definitely needs a raise. His service was great. We’ll definitely be going in again when he’s on the clock. Thanks!

This waffle house is nice. It’s in great location too if your looking to shop. Nice waitresses no flakes all real. My waitress kept calling me papi. Nice lady though. If your on Mt. Zion check em out. It’s right next to Costco. Thanks Waffle house you guys are consistent.

Says they are 24 hours but only does to go service only. While still charging the 10% gratuity that is known for Waffle House to go orders. Never in all my travels across the United States have I come across this type of service from a Waffle House. This is an embarrassment to the company. The food was still good at least.
