Very very very poor guest attentiveness. The woman at the register took an order from a person that came after me, said she would take mine in a moment, then proceeded to head off to clean a table. I waited five more mins at the register as other employees came and cashed other customers out before someone finally asked if I had been helped yet. Took a total of ten mins to place my order and there wasn’t even a line.

My son and I came here this evening for dinner. Our waiter, I think his name is Nathan; was adorable, personable, and attentive. I enjoyed his conversation while we were eating, he even put a whipped cream smiley face on my son’s waffle ☺️. The lady who cooked did an excellent job too! Food was delicious. Good job, will be back!

Upon entering today we weren’t greeted. We approached the counter and were asked if we had an online order that it would be a minute due to the kitchen staff being backed up as well and orders for customers who were dining in. I placed the order at 10:12 and was due to pick it up at 10:30. We went outside to wait due to the it not being a welcoming atmosphere. Came back in only to see several customers after us get their food before us. She was not attentive at all. Once we came back it was still not ready and she asked the customers behind us before she asked why we were at the counter. Didn’t leave until 11:00am

The Management didn’t even care if the food was made wrong or bad. I don’t like bad service if I’m paying for it, the waiter was good the server but to cook the customer service horrible

Last year we went to Locust Grove for the Valentine’s Dinner and it was a blast. The restaurant was decorated (including the tables), the employees wore Valentine’s Day attire, they had Waffle House Valentine’s Day hats and there was a special menu. This year we wanted to do it again. The Valentine’s Day Waffle House was set for this location this year which was great because it’s closer to us. When we pulled up, there were so little decorations that we had to double check and make sure we were at the right one. The tables had a white table cloth, no decor, barely any decor at all, only one waitress had one a Valentine’s Day shirt and there was no special menu. We were very disappointed. Next year we’ll check to see if the location doing it is actually participating or we may just go somewhere else.

Came in in July at 12am coming from NC, my server was knowledgeable when helping or answering questions and made me as well as my two girls feel comfortable. We ordered waffles with ham and a coffee. She is an Angel and we hope to see her again as well as the staff. A wonderful visit! Thank you all!
