I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Waffle House located at 4670 Bill Gardner Pkwy, Locust Grove, GA. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. What truly stood out to me was how every single customer was greeted the moment they entered, no hesitation, no exception. It’s rare to see such consistent and heartfelt customer service these days, and this team truly delivered!
The atmosphere was wonderful—friendly, uplifting, and full of positive energy. It felt like the kind of place where everyone is glad to be there, both staff and guests alike. The food was delicious (as expected from Waffle House!), but the service and environment made this visit exceptional.
If you’re in the area and looking for a great meal with even better service, this Waffle House is the one to stop at. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I would like to congratulate and thank all of Waffle House’s amazing team. I was truly astonished. In all my years that I’ve lived in Georgia, I have never visited such a clean Waffle House with great customer service. My waitress’ velocity and ability was fantastic.The cooks are the most exceptional and quickest workers I’ve seen in all the Waffle Houses that I’ve been to. I have stopped eating in these restaurant chains due to my many bad experiences. Especially the Waffle House at 1820 Ga-138, Conyers, GA 30013. This place is abhorrent. The food is awful. The waiters and waitress act as if they were working for free. But THIS establishment at 4670 Bill Gardner Pkwy, Locust Grove, GA 30248 are number 1. Thank you, thank you, thank you, my friends. Keep doing what you’re doing. You guys give me hope for Waffle House.

We went here for the special Valentine’s Day dinner last year and they set the bar high. We didn’t know what to expect but they had decorated the inside as well as the tables. There was a little treat cart and the employees were dressed in cute attire. They had a Valentine’s Day spin off of the paper hats and a special menu. The staff was very nice and had a lot of fun. I hope they move it back to this location next year. We went to the one on Jonesboro Road for Valentine’s Day this year and it was a bust.

Signage to find the entrance from the freeway was entirely lacking. But this is a relatively new restaurant, kept very clean — most notable were the spotless bathrooms! Great food and service. Will return.

Walked in. Wasn’t greeted. Waited around. Waited some more. Dirty tables. Server finally picked up dirty plates so we could sit. Walked back behind counter, never wiped table down. At this point our party of 5 walked out. Will not return to this location.

This Waffle House was fantastic my brother lost his wallet, we went back a day later and we got it. They even sent him Facebook msg letting him know the wallet was there. I definitely recommend the staff is super friendly

My momma and I come here often. We love all the staff. If you have not tried the cinnamon crunch waffle then you are missing out. I believe it’s seasonal so get it while you can.

I’ve never had a bad experience at a Waffle House. We live up north, but anytime we travel to the South, Waffle House is on the itinerary! Standard American breakfast, eggs, meat, grits, coffee, plus a world class waffle (get the pecans! … unless you’re allergic… then, you know… you should probably skip those). They have burgers too, but I’ve never ordered one, I always get the breakfast.
