I went to the waffle House on Lafayette Parkway.& the waitress was so disrespectful..She would literally not give us a menu..And her attitude was so disrespectful…I felt so unappreciated..And I have been coming to this location a long time & I see why the business has declined with customers..And long as u guys have these type of employees yall business will continue to decline..Thank u for ur time..

Cook was rude I asked for my waffle to be thick not thin please and she still made it thin. After addressed it looking at the thick ones lined up by mine she caught an attitude about something I paid for while waiting which should have been done right please thank you! The bathrooms were trashy as well.

Horrible service, took 1 hr to get our food just to get a burnt waffle. The food in general was all over cooked, and also did not served what we asked for. The waitress never checked on us for drinks or nothing, we dint have any silverware to start eating. At the end she went outside to smoke a cig while we waited inside for our checks. Again poor service, bad food, and it was chaotic inside this Waffle House, in general really bad experience and would not recommend. I’m not a picky eater but this was really bad.

Absolutely amazing place to get food. Always considerate. The staff are quick and efficient! If i had to day my only complaint is it can get a bit cold lol. Highly recommend bringing a coat with you!
