First time I topped my hash browns, and they totally sucked. They took it right off the top, which was hard. I had to remove half of the chili before I could eat them. It was horrible. It could have easily been taken off the top, and thrown away and gave me fresh chili.

Slowest, most unconcerned service ever. Two tables in the entire place took over 25 minutes to get food… food was not prepared like ordered. One of the worst Waffle House experiences ever. Will NOT return!

Any time we travel South, a stop at Waffle House is always part of the itinerary according to my husband!! And has been this way for years! My wife and son went to this one because they were in a hurry and it’s closer to home. They waited 45 minutes for two 2 egg breakfasts. When they got home, no butter for grits, no butter on bread that wasn’t toasted, scrambled eggs full of egg shell. They need new employees badly

Our waitress was the black woman. She had to serve 4 booths with 2 people in them and 2 people in single chairs. Then she had to help make food, clean dishes, refill drinks, remake coffee. Doing all of this while the other two white female employees sat in the back talking and laughing. She couldn’t even serve us properly because they forced her to do ALL the work. They say racism is over but apparently at the Waffle House at New Franklin Road in LaGrange, Georgia, it’s ALIVE AND WELL. I saw no other reason for why they treated the lady like that and made her do all the work for the hour and 30 minutes my Aunt and I sat to eat there. PLEASE DO BETTER WAFFLE HOUSE!!

Having it remade was not a big deal. Server was very kind about it.
