Nice stop for quick bite to eat here. Everything was delicious and our meals were served up quickly. Jsika, our server, was quick to refill our coffee cups and make sure that our needs were being addressed.
Our party of four had about a five minute wait for a booth. Lunch time gets very busy here. The restaurant was full.
My suggestion is to try the pecan waffle pancakes (not pictured). Excellent!

I was immediately greeted as I walked into the restaurant. I sat in one of the highchair at the front and was attended to quickly. The restaurant was pretty busy with many customers but I still received my food quickly. The food was exactly as I ordered even with the modifications I requested. It was a good experience and I enjoyed my food here.

I was very excited to stop at this waffle house since it brought me a lot of childhood memories!! It has been around 16 years since I last was here! I remember being very busy, clean, fast, delicious food, etc, always an A+! Today that I went by, it’s nothing compared to 16 years ago . I stopped here at midnight. As soon as I walked in, there was a waffle house waiter with her 8 month baby in a table! I believe the father of that baby was the cook he cooked and rushed to carry the baby to help Mama. Carrying the baby in the lobby, Mama, going out to the car back and forth! Then they went into the bathroom and came out with a whole different outfit like they changed in the bathroom! It was like a daycare! I don’t plan on going back. It’s very, very unprofessional for employees to be doing those types of stuff. Dirty people Dirty people.

My dad (a truck driver) came in and sat at the counter to be served and wasn’t greeted by any of the employees. A couple and another person came in after him and received a warm welcome and even received their food, before he was even acknowledged. When he finally asked to speak to the Mananger, they began to make an attempt to take his order. This was the absolute worst experience ever. We eat at Waffle House all over the country and this one experience has scarred our perception of this food chain. Awful service!!!

Today I had Ashley as. Server, and it was by far the best down to earth service I have seen in a min. I recommend going to Waffle house on Hey 36 and ask.for.Ashley. The cook.had everything cooked like it was the scr.chease eggs I often ordered with my daddy. I mean Pick chops perfectly done,yet juicy,hash browns browned,but not to crisp. My friend had the alstar and I noticed his mouth stopped talking as soon as he received his plate. He ate it up! Thank you Waffle house in Jackson. You set the tone for our whole day. Ashley ! Say what u want about Waffle House, but when ur in the South, u can always count on getting a good breakfast, hot coffee and cheery service – any time of the day and night! There’s a comfort in that somehow. I love the 2 egg breakfast with extra crispy bacon, well done hash browns and raisins toast. Now tell me, where else can u get raisins toast with ur breakfast?? YUM. : ))

Probably the best one I’ve been to in a VERY long time! The waitress was very nice and joking around with us.
The food though! Jesus I loved it! Everything was cooked the way we asked and nothing was dry. That’s the worst thing to have served to you is dry food (in my opinion). Definitely hope we can stop here again soon!

Restaurant was dirty ordered over easy eggs one was over easy the other was well done ask for cream 3 times did not get asked for jelly did not get. Bacon was well done on one side raw on other. Juice cooler was nasty on the glass, crome had mold between doors
