We did a Togo order. Showed up at the time they said it would be ready (20 min). 20 minutes later, food still not ready. Asked about it, the lady completely brushed us off. They did t start fulfilling the order until we showed up. Avoid this WH if you’re getting a Togo order. We could have gotten a table and eaten in the time it took for them to prepare our Togo order. Ridiculous.

Super busy at the time I went with one Chef I was amazed how the chef was turning the food around as fast as he could. The system at Waffle House is efficient, but I wish he had help.

I went to this Waffle House at 1:40pm today. I was greeted by a friendly staffer who told me to give them a minute and they would be right with me. The cook greeted me fine. I was not dining in, I was going to order and get my food to go. I waited to near the cash register and no other person said anything to me. The same lady who greeted me reminded her coworker that I was waiting. The coworker did not acknowledge me. She did not say a word to me. She pretended like I was invisible. I am 5’9 black woman so I know she saw me because I had seen her smoking outside before I went in. I didn’t say a word as I was waiting for someone to take my order. There were at least 6 people working other than the cook and that one lady, no one said anything to me. I never got to order. I walked out and cried seeing how I was treated. I am not sure what the issue was but it was not busy…
