Generally, no matter where you go, Waffle House is good, but this location was the exception. When we arrived several tables were dirty. There was only one waitress and she was busy. Once she got to us thee service was great. The food was fresh and fast, but not the quality I expected. The waffles were falling apart and hollow in the middle. I could not tell if thet were under cooked or it was bad batter. Plus the hasbrowns were not fully cooked. Honestly I just expected better.

This place is awful I have come on 4 different occasions not busy in the slightest seated myself at a clean and empty table and every time with out fail I wait 20+ minutes just to not even been greeted. Whenever a person of a different skin color comes in though they are instantly seated and served it’s outrageous that we still have things like this happening when we pride ourselves in welcoming people. I’m honestly disappointed and disgusted.

Waffle House has its roots in Georgia, and it’s one of those places that people either love or love to hate. Since there’s one near the office, I decided to give it a try and brought along some colleagues from abroad. It’s a classic, no-frills breakfast joint that’s open 24/7—a true slice of Americana.
My recommendation? Go for the All-Star Special. It’s a great deal and fills you up nicely!

Ordered pecan waffles, first time in a Waffle House and it did not disappoint. Bacon was tasty and fresh hot coffee. The staff seemed happy to be there, cheerful atmosphere.

I know the food is good, I just never get the opportunity to eat at this specific location. The last three times I’ve gone in I’ve sat at empty, cleared table and nobody ever comes over. It’s busy, I get that, but three separate people came in and ordered to go and I couldn’t even get a drink order.

I’ve definitely had better experiences at other Waffle Houses. I’ve actually have had a great experience before at this one. This visit was way under expectations as when we arrived for dinner on a Sunday evening, no one was in the parking lot. I thought this is a first and decided to go in opposition to my wife’s better judgement. For starters, ALL the tables were dirty with plates and leftovers on them. 3 employees chitchatting in the corner. One of them greeted us dryly and was our waiter for the evening. We ordered to have missing items from our meals, to get a dry apology as “the food is coming out slowly”. Again we were the only customers there. Once we got the remaining food, which some was over cooked, we hurried to eat so we could leave. The whole time during our meal the employees were talking down about other employees which were not there and how they were not going to do the dishes or mop because it was not their job that they were just going to sweep it under the stove. I was so glad to get out of there as it felt uneasy to be there, as if everyone else knew not to come there tonight and we just didn’t get the memo.

10/27 3am. This location on the overnight shift is prejudice against black people. They refuse to do any take out orders. The waitress says she’s overwhelmed. It was 4 people working at the time. 3 employees behind the register and 1 outside. There was only 3 people sitting down eating and a group of 3 checking out. I have no idea what this lady name is, she didn’t have a name tag on and refused to give her name but she looked as if she’s on drugs. She took it amongst herself to shut down take out orders and have the nerve to kick us out. She needs to be fired! No manager was available at that time. We’ve been going here for months and now this. I will never go back!

Completely new facility! Everything is new, shiny and very clean. Staff is very friendly, service is very fast. Food is very good, although the coffee could be stronger for my taste.
