Love paying $25 for 2 Allstars meals being charged for a chocolate chip waffle to get no chocolate chips, get charged for cheese on hashbrowns to not get cheese, cashier had an attitude that my fiance came in to place a Togo order and the cook kept griping stating he was tired of being in a “hick town” really was going to return to get money back especially the tip he should not have left. Called to let them know and no one answered the phone. Really may want to consider who you leave to run the store at night. It was empty and I can see why this is like the 4th horrible experience, and last straw we won’t be returning to this location. This was Saturday night 8/21 @ 10:30 would have loved to report to a manager or cooperate but maybe someone will see this comment since they refused to answer the phone

We got up late today and decided to go to Waffle House for our first meal of the day. I ordered a waffle with mini chocolate & peanut butter morsels!! The service was fantastic….kudos to our waitress Lisa! this is the largest Waffle House I’ve ever been in.
It was nice to sit inside and enjoy our food.

I came in around 6:30am to eat. I was greeted and attended to promptly. About halfway thru my meal, the employee attending to me came up and asked if I would go ahead and pay. I took my card out to hand to her and she said they weren’t allowed to handle credit cards and I would have to come up to the register. Now I figured she was probably trying to close out her tables so she could go home but after I paid she was still there helping others. I found this to be completely ruined to be asked to not just pay in the middle of my meal, but to get up from my table, leave my food unattended, and go to the cash register to pay for some unknown reason instead of waiting like every other establishment until I was finished and ready to pay on my own. Will drive a little further to a different Waffle House from now on, there’s one about every exit.
